This was my first visit to the statesboro location. I’ve visited multiple locations. I will say the service was fairly slow. I wasn’t really greeted & felt a little ignored. There was only one other customer in front of me, but it took them another 5 min to acknowledge me when i was standing right there in front of them. I understand mobile orders need to be done quickly but do think maybe if you’re there in person, you should be tended to first. Otherwise, the food was pretty good, i think it would help to cook a little longer on the grill but otherwise it was fine!

Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered two burrito bowls on doordash. For one they forgot my chips to BOTH bowls. #2. I didn’t notice how BOTH bowls were filled VERY VERY VERY pitifully until after I already went up there for chips and came back home to finally eat. I’ve never received such a skimp amount of food, it probably wouldn’t even make a kid full. I did not pay over $30 for 2 bowls to not even be full off of it. I seriously barely had anything in my bowl, barely any lettuce, chicken, or beans. Y’all charge way too much to be giving out such a skimp amount of food. I really wanted a refund cause it’s really a shame. I shouldn’t have to go up to the restaurant because they forgot something, that’s the whole point I doordash. Another man that was there said they forgot his drinks as well so I know it’s just not just me. Also, while I was there trying to get my chips that they forgot, it was only one girl working up front for the longest and then all of sudden 3-4 people come from the back and start helping all of a sudden. Like why was there only one girl taking everybody’s orders up there anyway and why was there so many people in the back. If they were really working in the back then 3-4 people wouldn’t just be able to stop what they’re doing to come up front out of nowhere if they were genuinely doing something. I think they were honestly in the back doing whatever. I’m so serious when I say this location is never getting my business again.

I got the steak bowl. They were skimpy on the meat. I say this because I watched a lady fix a man's bowl in front of me. He didn't ask for extra meat but yet that lady loaded him up. Me, they got skimpy with and when I mentioned this, she didn't correct it. I asked her how many spoons of meat are you suppose to get. She said one but yet freely gave the man in front of me plenty. I definitely don't like the inconsistency. I don't like spending my money in places where I clearly see I'm being treated differently.

I ordered online as I normally do. Usually service is great minus sometimes not getting sauce on the side. Tonight however was a whole different experience. I get in the drive thru and wait 30 mins for my food after the quoted time. I get home to find out it is not right, not even close to what I ordered. I call up there and they say they will fix it and not to worry about the other food and just toss it. I get back and wait 20 more mins for someone to acknowledge me. Get back home with the second round of food and it is still not right. Super disappointed. Manager handed me the food assuring me everything was perfect now.

Great food! The staff was friendly and helpful. I got the chicken salad bowl, and it was delicious! Be careful if it's raining because their floor is super slippery!!
Surcheros is very clean on the inside, even down to the floors. Workers are friendly and attentive. All ingredients looked to be very fresh; the limes could've been fresher, but other than that all ingredients were fresh. I ordered a chicken and steak burrito ?, as far as taste it was good, but if I had to choose all ima say is "Welcome to Moe's" #I prefer Moe's Southwest Grill as far as taste pallet over Surcheros.

Food is delicious but not all servers are the same it's a hit and miss on some days. It would be cool if all lead people had the same appreciation for customer service so that the customer experience would be the same no matter what shift but unfortunately!!! Don't use their third party ordering service "Caviar" either it will not refund your money if you don't receive your order. The third party app customer service is horrible and had no intention on refunding my money.
