Usually I love waffle House. However, the one on the bypass road in Statesboro was a big disappointment. The food was burned and overcooked. The cook did a poor job. My fried eggs were crisp all over especially around the edges. My waffle was burned all over. I won't be going back to that particular waffle

Asked for a western omelet specifically hold the ham and light jalapeños....I got the opposite. Full of jalapeños and ham. Further, I tip when I sit inside a restaurant. These folks added 20% to my ticket automatically. The tip option still pops up....SMH. Here's a tip, prepare food as requested!
Stopped in to get a to-go order to surprise my family with an early breakfast. Order was simply not to hard but one of the item i purchased was a chocolate waffle for my daughter's (birthday breakfast) and it was completely missing from the bag.

If Undercover Boss was ever needed in Statesboro, Waffle House on the bypass needs it bad. Been here 45 mins and have one glass of soda no food, the waitress is new and has to pull out cheat sheet to get order right, oh by the way, my family only ones here. If Statesboro had other restaurants that were open at 9pm, we’d left.Came last week and grill was broke, half restaurant always closed.Just got food, cold waffles, bacon burnt do bad it crumbles when picking it up, patty melt been cooking so long like leather.Pathetic.
