My boyfriend placed a doordash order and everything thing went fine with the order until we received it. I ordered a baconator and just look at what I received. The meat is CLEARLY raw. Only reason I didn’t go back up to the restaurant is because I ordered doordash for a reason and me having to go there defeats the purpose.

Daisy was very impolite and discourteous to us. She hurried us through the speaker and interrupted us before we could complete our customizations. When we reached the window, she sat on her phone for another two minutes without acknowledging us. She then opened the window, didn't speak when we handed her our card, and after swiping it, she handed it back to us and slammed the window. She didn't make any eye contact or show any sign of recognition. Fortunately, the young man at the pick-up window was friendly and provided us with Daisy's name. The food was hot and tasted fresh, but our experience would have been excellent if it weren't for Daisy's behavior. She's unprofessional and rude. Put her in the kitchen if you don’t plan on firing her.

I went though the drive-thu. There was one car in front of us. I waited 20 minutes then they got their small bag of food then I got to window and waited another 10 min. only to have the guy throw the food at me. No excuse for that type of service
Waited almost a whole hr just for some cold food. The lady in the drive through said “ enjoy, it’s hot”. The food was cold and they did everything half a**.I tried calling them and no one answered. Honestly their food is amazing but like give the whole portion and make sure it’s warm. Not that hard of a job and at least if we gonna wait a whole hour at-least make it worth it.

I just went through the Wendy’s drive thru around 11:30pm and I have just one thing to say. Whoever was working on this Thursday night, night shift was rocking it! The woman who cashed me out was so sweet, and the man who gave me my food in the window had the most uplifting attitude I have ever experienced. Great job Wendy’s night shift. Keep rocking it I love y’all.

The food was not as good as I remembered. We purchased Dave's single with cheese meal. It was all cold and the fries were not fresh. It used to be where all the food was hot. Nowadays you're lucky if you get hot fast food. We were very disappointed in our purchase due to the quality of the meal.
