Please if you’re ever in the area do not eat at this location!! People skills are awful we order a 20 piece wings that taste like old yesterdays wings, they were not fresh or hot like the wings should be bottom line they were not crispy nor fresh what they are doing is pre cooking wings very nasty. This was a bad experience with the cooks, pretending they couldn’t speak English he understood enough to argue with me.

All I can say is, Awesome. The food is great. The young people there are always nice. Great atmosphere. They always make my Beef Philly cheesesteak with extra cheese perfectly ?. This is the only location I’d go to.

This has been my go to American Deli for years but today for lunch I was not satisfied with the food. I ordered the beef Philly cheesesteak with teriyaki wings and fries combo which is what I normally order. The cheesesteak was okay but not seasoned like maybe they forgot to add the seasoning. And the wing sauce was horrible; it tasted sour like it was old. Hopefully this was a bad day for them but if I’m paying good money for something I expect to get what I pay for. I ordered two of the same meals that cost a total of $34. Food prices along with the restaurant prices have gone up but unfortunately I am seeing a decrease in the quality of the restaurants near me. Ever since COVID things have gone downhill. They don’t have tables or chairs if you want to dine in anymore. I could understand during COVID removing dine in service but now that COVID is controlled they are not offering it anymore. UPDATE: I did call and let them know that the wing sauce is sour and the person asked if I wanted to come back for a re-do. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back because of work and I had already eaten half of my meal. However, I did tell my son to go back to see if they will re-do his food. We’ll see what happens. If they remake his food and his wings are better, I will patronize them again. If not, I’ll have to find another American Deli or just make my own cheesesteak and wings at home.

Bad service! I waited 30 mins for my 10 pc boneless wings, I walked up to the counter to inquire about my order 3 times and they kept telling me it was coming up just to find out that my order has been sitting on the counter right beside the “sleepy head” guy that works there who didn’t think to open/check the order. Then, he had the nerve to lie after I spoke to the manager & said he showed me the food. I’m asking how did you show me the food when you told me to wait 2 more mins & you’re asking the crew “where are the boneless wings?” Oh, I spent over $50 for my order & the food was HORRIBLE! Smh, do better. I will never go backParking: None
The worst American deli. Charging $8 for rice and can’t substitute fries for rice. Ridiculous! Won’t be back at that location! Zero stars! Do better!
