I’m so disappointed with my experience today. I come here often and this has always been my go to for awesome boba. Today the boba was disgusting! Almost a slimy texture and acidic. I called them immediately after I had driven away and started drinking my tea. I explained what happened and the lady’s response was that they have been slow and the boba has been sitting “keeping hot.” She indicated that they are aware that the boba was not the right texture. They didn’t offer a refund or to come in to correct it and get a different drink. It was more of an oh well, we are slow and know the boba is old. It literally has left a gross coating in my mouth and tastes spoiled. Awful! Such a great place and it’s a shame to see that they no longer take pride in their product or customer satisfaction.

Highly dissatisfied with my order today! I have been a loyal customer for years and I order similar drinks every time but today they decide to over charge for my drink. I decided to order an alternative drink and the price went down. They proceeded to make my lemonade flavored tea with literally no tea. It tasted like straight lemonade and when I asked for another drink to be made she refused and said “I’m gonna give you a refund and not make the drink again”. Like that is crazy and trust and believe imma get my refund anyways.

I was pleasantly surprised! My daughter requested going out for boba for a mother daughter date. I can’t believe I have been in this area so many times without stopping in. The people were so welcoming and kind. The house milk tea was delicious. I will be back to try more flavors and breakfast and lunch .

BE AWARE! You’re getting judged as soon as you step in the door and what you order. From making comments about the sweetness of your coffee to how many bags of chips you eat. You Stop serving things on your menu because people are buying things on a consistent basis. Reevaluate your marketing before you sell to people.

This was definitely a great experience. They have a family friendly environment. The cleanliness is amazing. The flavor was beyond what I expected, definitely better than all the other places I have tried. The have flan for all my fellow Hispanics (muy bueno el flan y el tiramisu definitivamente se lo recomiendo a la comunidad hispana). Christian friendly environment. Definitely my new favorite, they have excellent service. It was an overall awesome experience.
very judgy people, they will never get another penny from me. how do you judge people on what YOU sell ! if you want to be healthy close your restaurant down and reinvent cause nothing YOU sell is healthy at all. just because you slap some lettuce on it doesn’t make healthy. smh what a terrible service job.

First time I came here my boba milk tea were delicious and made right but the 2nd time I went here it was watery and no flavor at all. The girl who made it rushed to make my drink. Their hours also isn’t good as they close at 5pm when most people get off work.
We always get the Thai tea and lychee tea with Lychee jelly, and they never disappoint me. Customer service has always been great!!
