Honestly this location could do way better just had the wrong people running it need to reopen with better hard working

This establishment has horrible customer service, the staff seems to be extremely low I.Q. and rude, they have consistently exceeded my expectations on how low they could go for years.Update::: 6 months laterThis place and it's employees are horrendous and completely unprofessional. I literally driveseven additional miles to a burger king that is further to receive great service but once or twice a year i try again with this location and everytime there is an issue. These reviews are not jokes, this place is horrible.Update::::March 15th 2023Once again I regret going to this establishment. I placed an order online using the app and when I showed up I was told that the system was updating. This is common practice for this restaurant, the employees are lazy and need to be held accountable. They are losing so much business because of their horrible customer service.

Came into the lobby to get out of the parking lot because I was taking a phone call and one of the employees started yelling at me saying you can't sit in here if you're not buying anything you got to get out of here because my manager is going to yell at me. And I said I'm on the phone excuse me and he's like you have to leave! Didn't even give me a chance to get off the phone or to use the bathroom, or to place an order like I planned so I left. This store will not be getting my business.

I asked to see the grade. I think they were offended. They had a 90 A. I told them they should be proud because s lot of restaurants around here not have As. The food was delicious. Thank you Burger King.?

Horrible service, employees are either high or drunk. Smell of marijuana and liquor emanating from staff. This place needs to be shut down.

I love the whopper and go here through the drive-thru to get my food. Most of the staff are not very customer friendly, but the managers are very polite and professional.The store's surroundings are not great. The parking lot needs resurfacing and the building needs remodeling.

This is the worst employee run burger King in the ***********.They are always out of one of their main menu items. After almost 5 years of not going to this location...I go this afternoon to find all the employees outside and no one inside running the place. I was told to go to pickup window and place my order. No one came to the window. I had to drive back around and tell the employees this. One goes inside and takes my order. 2 out of the 3 things I wanted they were out of. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks. I just leave and don't purchase anything. Always a disappointment as this location. ALWAYS!

Y'all overcharged my debit card because the guy in the window didn't know how to take card and cash. I tried calling back after I checked my account but the phone kept hanging up. I didn't like this Burger King from my previous experiences but now I definitely won't return. The food isn't good and there are always issues.. This is the worst Burger King I've been to.

Hot mess, obviously nobody is managing this location. First thing the drive through is down,but the sign on the drive through says come to the first window..first window is closed you have to go inside. Inside there were eight employees and three guest in the line, I'm number four in line. None of us received our order for the next twenty minutes. The entire staff worked on door dash orders while we all sat there Employees arguing back and forth about whose on the schedule..who can clock in..who can't sign in etc. We just sitting there watching this hot mess. If somebody doesn't wake up this place will close!

I tried to order w them through doordash and I had two drivers leave. Doordash called me an hour after I placed my order to tell me they had to cancel my order.They do not even have a number you can actually call them on and they lie about the hours and say they are out of things (suspiciously) an hour before they close usually.Just plain horrible. Don't understand why these people think they deserve more money than they are paid. Lol

The place was a total mess. The order was wrong and the workers acted like the job was a joke. I liked behind the counter, the floor was covered with trash. I will not ever go back.

Horrible experience... To start, it took forever for them to even acknowledge we were sitting at the drive thru to order but when they finally did we placed our order. Of course they only had 3 choices for a drink selection which was not of one I wanted. Finally got through with the order pulled around and was greeted with of course a not so friendly face. As we watched her fill our order she had these long braids that were dragging across all our food and counter as she was placing them in the bag. While a gentleman in the back was changing his shoes and carrying his other ones around behind the counter. We proceeded to wait for our food for over 15 minutes and then of course when we got it they shorted us. Asked the lady politely to fill what she had left out but of course was given an attitude with that. After an additional 5 minutes finally recieved the item that was left out, thanked the worker as she slung her hair around with an attitude. And to top it off the food was all cold and had to heat it up in the microwave. At $10 a combo I don't think that's what we should be having to do. I would definitely go somewhere else as this location needs better management and employees!!
