Food was good. Not greasy at all and the order was correct. Sweet tea was sweeting BUT drive thru took an hour...and that is unacceptable. Idk the reason why. The cashier did not look friendly enough to ask.

I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 6:15 pm, I arrived at 6:25 pm, and the order was not ready. It was some confusion when I arrived whether I placed an order, which was proven I did, but I still didn't get my order until 6:55 pm. On top of that, they got my order wrong. The food was not good, especially COLD. I would not recommend this place.

Went thru drive thru was double charged. I simply ask the manager how long do I have to wait for the money to be reimbursed on my card. She laughed. I give three stars food was good but customer service definitely can be better.

The drive -Thurspeaker wasn’t working. All customers had to order at the window. I wanted over 30 minutes for my order. When I arrived home my Fish, side were missing as well as my cheese cake items were. I called the store, and the phone wasn’t working. Employees were friendly, but this experience was frustrating. The wait time was too long for the order to be wrong.

Yea, not sure why asking for extra tarter sauce only gets you one at this location. That was 4 tarter sauce cups for 12 pieces of fish.. ninjas that work in fast food make all of us look bad with service we give. Sorry as hell when we spent $50. And the fish was dry somehow. I happen to know there are timers on the fryers. Smdh in disappointment honestly.
