This is twice now that I have come to this Chipotle to get food around 9:30pm/10pm to get food and they are out of just about everything. This is unacceptable especially when you don’t close until 11pm. Someone(s) are not prepping properly or they just don’t want to work and are trying to get out of there quickly. This is not great customer service. Probably won’t be back

My husband ordered online and mentioned that the pickup area is inconveniently placed by the checkout counter. The food was cold after being picked up on time - as if it had been refrigerated. Still edible but not the best experience.

The restaurant was extremely dirty, floors were dirty throughout the restaurant. The serving bar was messy with food dropping everywhere. Ive visited 3 other chain locations, and this was the only one that was unkept.

I usally come here regularly and everything goes as planned but not on 4/3. I show up driving 20 minutes away from home just to have a missing bowl from my order. I called the store multiple times before having to go back out. Nobody answered the phone. When i showed up, management was rude and had an attitude about the slip up. She constantly repeated "that's not possible to miss". Not taking ownership for the mistake. Meaning i had to get in line to have it remade. Just for them to give skimpy portions. Will not be returning.

Food quality has gone way down an employees are playing around laughing. They keep a dirty line an always running out of food way before closing hours they stay running out of fajita peppers a sour cream an you don’t even have to make sour cream you can just open some up. Food doesn’t taste the same as once before when it was a different crew. I use to drive here for the service from a good distance because it’s hard to find good chipotle now it just makes the whole franchise look bad.

Food was great ! But, when I walked in I was told by the email I received that my food would be placed at the “pick up window” which it was not. I had to ask for my food and was told “no it was sitting on the shelf at the drive through side” which didn’t make sense to me. But, All in all great food and it was very clean in there.

I used to love this one, but its has not been meeting the standards it used to do in the beginning. I would bypass the one my exit just to go to this one. But not anymore.
Clean place came at 920pm but the steak was dried out and management was rude and said no more steak tonight but don't close until 11pm???? Lazy staff ? ?

Paid for double chicken and didnt it, i had guacamole and sourcrem on my bowl i didnt get that either. I got a bowl full of white rice and lettuce and little bit lettuce,Will not come back again to this location

I've been to this location several times & everytime the steak was not fresh, and they give a very small portion of it. My burrito has more rice then anything. They service is very cold.
