Lady at front desk which is the same person who answers the phone for orders is VERY NASTY AND RUDE. I called to place a order and the menu online had old prices. I simply asked how for items ordered and she yelled into the phone, I dont have time to discuss with you the price. I will never spend my hard earned money with a business who treats customers poorly. I frequent this place as they have the best flavor I've tasted thus far in the Stockbridge area. Im now going to try Great Wall in Stockbridge as a better alternative. Customer service is everything and due to horrible customer service, I will Never patronize this establishment again.

Call 20 mins before pick up. I asked how long can i come, and she said about 20 mins. When I arrived, she asked for payment, standing there for almost 30 mins, and she asked if I could come back in 10 mins. Problems was i already paid for my order. If not, I just walk away. I asked her why it took so long, she said when I called, no busy, after that too busy. Well, I thought they had to make all the order in order. Total I spend more than 1 hour just for my wings

This is a local vendor for me and it hasn’t disappointed. The food is made to order if requested and the fact they offer wings “ that may be the best I’ve tasted” is unbelievable. If you haven’t frequented them , you should. ?Would have never known if I hadn’t stopped and tried it…?? Now I’m a regular.

I visited Eddie's 12/8/23 for lunch, always order when I go General Tso's Chicken. My order was what mentioned above. The chicken was so tough, I couldn't eat it. I would have taken it back, but you know when you been out all day, came change clothes, got tv where you wanted it to be.That was too much money to waste.

I got crab Rangoon. My total was 4.91 and it had to be $5 to use a card so I bought a lemonade as well. I got a fortune cookie and they had some creamy wafers that were really good. The crab Rangoon was amazing. It came with 6 but my six ate 3. But even the 3 I had were SOOO good I’d almost wished I hadn’t shared ?. She was very friendly when I called in my order and it didn’t take long. 5-10 minutes. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend ?✊?. Found a new spot for my crab Rangoon

My family and I use this place multiple times a month when we are craving Chinese or Thai. The General Pso's Chicken and Mongolian Chicken are amazing! We also love the veggie lo mien. Really solid place!! Best Chinese on the south side. If someone in your family doesn't like Chinese, the wings are also on point!!

They normally give you your chicken in a plastic plate and your rice noodles in a separate plate this time they put my food in one plate and gave me less food than usual and then lied to my face and said we always put all the food in one plate as if I wasn't a regular. Also they use to not charge for rice noodles now they charge 2.50 all of a sudden. I don't appreciate the lady looking dead in my face and lying I still gave her a $5.00 tip despite her lying to my face but it'll be her last tip she don't have to worry about me anymore she charged me the same price for less food not cool. There are compartments in the Styrofoam plate it's way less food.

I don't like to order plain fried rice because most restaurants serve dry rice that is not very tasty. Well, I am happy to say that Eddie's regular fried rice is GOOD! My husband and son loved their wings and rice. I loved the Happy Family I ordered as well.
