It's always a pleasant vibe when I visit the location. I always get the Hook and Ladder and whatever my family wants. The amount of food you get for the price is very reasonable. I'll definitely be returning soon.

This is one of the only Firehouse restaurants I visit, because the sandwiches are prepared the best here. I order using the app. My sandwich order has been correct every time except one. I order here a LOT!!!

Need training how to make a sandwich. Too much mayonnaise and sauces made sandwiches soggy and not good. Like to support the fire fighters. I would give money instead of eating the sandwich. Family members feel the same.

Had a delivery order, 4 Italian sandwiches. I'm speaking for me only, I didn't enjoy my sandwich, I had to eat it cuz I spent money and 2ndly I was hungry. The person that made the sandwich put so much mayo on it, until I had to get a napkin and wipe some off, it was a horrible sandwich. It wasn't seasoned well either ?. I'm done with Firehouse Subs, at least for a long while.

I ordered two turkey breast sandwiches and when it was delivered one of them had ham…and I don’t eat pork! Very disappointed!Dietary restrictions: You all should be careful with making sandwiches. Pork being served without being ordered is a health risk for man that have high blood pressure and prone to headaches with consuming it.

The store is always clean & neat. The workers greet you when you come in, even when they're busy making orders. When I order online it's always made correctly & on time.... its a WIN!!
This is the absolute WORST service I've ever received from any fast food restaurant. Staff + manager was rude and unhelpful. I even reached out to corporate regarding my experience with no response.Thanks to the horrible service I've received at this location, I deleted my Firehouse Subs app/account and won't be going back to any location. There are far too many sub/sandwich restauraunts to choose from.

The tables were disgusting. It was clear that they hadn't been cleaned all day. Mind you there were at least 5 employees behind the counter. I asked for a towel and a spray bottle so I could clean the table myself. The young lady behind the counter asked me what that was. I responded, "you don't know what a spray bottle is? " Her coworker explained that they use sanitizer buckets, so I asked to use the towel from the sanitizer bucket. This caused a full on discussion between everyone behind the counter as they tried to figure out how to assist me in cleaning one of THEIR tables. Of course, took our food to go. Had I not had my son with me I would have canceled my order. Never to return!@!
