Truth Be Told
We gave the waitress our orders and I asked her to wait 15 minutes to put it in while I finished my drink. I waved the waitress down & asked her to cancel my order (just mine) & she looked confused so I said I don’t want my food & she repeated what I said & said ok & no she had not placed the order - I asked. Less than 10 mins later she came out with OUR food. I reminded her that I canceled my order & she looked confused again. So I ended up paying for food that I didn’t want nor could I eat - that was an extra $25 which was expensive for cheese grits & 2 slices of bacon. A 4x4x4 where? The food came out smoking & the other person in my party said their food was good. I told the cashier what happened & she said maybe she misunderstood - ya think?

They over charge by a few dollars when they run your card, when asked about it there is no explanation and seemed very strange. Happened twice in a row and then tried to pay in cash and they gave the difference in crumpled up cash. Seemed super weird and if they are doing this to every customer they are making $1000s extra a day.

I love the impossible sausage they have a impossible burger also too.Everything is great I did notice the service changed. On Sunday you got seated right away your food was out very quickly. They had plenty of workersOh boi we went on a Saturday I kinda figured when I pulled up. One of the waitress was out in the parking lot on the phone what it was going to be like.We walk in a lady was waiting for her order. She had said it took a while for them to take her order.We were finally seated after I step around the corner to see what was happening It was only two people sitting eating the young lady finally came and seated us We ordered my daughter ordered coffee the coffee wasn't fresh She asked the young lady if she could get some fresh coffee she said that the other girl was making some she never brought the coffee out when she brought the ticket the coffee was on there My daughter told her she never got the coffee and could she take it off. Other than that the food was great.I am always hungry when we decide to go.But other than that overall they just have a little slacking from some people it's nothing that could be fixed

I purchased a tres leche pancakes but they did not put any of the ingredients on the bag. The bag was close when they gave it to me so I just took it. When I notice I called but put me on wait for 5 minutes so I just hang the phone and I was too tired to go back.

Horrible place I walk in the girl asked me was I ready to order I just picked up the menu and I’m just standing there another lady walked in I guess they forgot to give her something ok 15 minutes pass I had to walk to the back by the kitchen where all 3 girls were just standing there no one asked do I need help so I paid with a 50 dollars so that took 16 minutes the girl walked right then she went left for change do you have to walk the whole building I said make my food to go 3 times and it’s in a plate 3 cooks and no one had any idea of what they was doing at all no customers service skills I don’t even think they know how to speak English and they all where moving in slow motion I’ve never seen anything like this before.
