We go here for lunch weekly. The food is great and the app makes ordering and paying a breeze. We the diet lemonade and the waffle chips. I like the spice sandwich and my wife likes the regular sandwich. The grilled sandwich is also great. Our only complaint is that it is so busy but the staff always is pleasant and helpful.

Food is good. Service is good. The facilities are nasty. Especially the outside and parking lot is not kept clean. It might be the customers of the area though not being respectful of having a clean restaurant. I hope the staff becomes more diligent about cleaning up around the place.

Absolutely worst experience at a chick-fil-a ever. I ordered 2 meals and 2 bags of ice. Got the ice and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes and food never came. Had to go to the window ask them to cancel and got no apology, explanation nothing. Meanwhile the ice has melted in my backseat and ruined my carpets. Then amber the manager was so non chalant ignoring me and just refunded my card. Apparently they can't provide a number for the DM either

This location is fast, and friendly. Despite them up charging me for something that's not on the receipt and having toCall and they not understand it either. This was a mobile order so be mindful of that when ordering through the app. 5/2/2023 I ordered a side salad and a kids nugget meal through Chick fil a delivery after dressing my salad and getting ready to eat I mixed it up and to my surprise it's rotten lettuce at the bottom of it through and through. I don't expect this at any restaurant but Chick fil a are you serious? I tried called the actual location but bo answer so I called chick fil a 866 number and they should be reaching out to them. It's safe to say I won't go back.

They never answer the phone! I cannot get a refund for the wrong order being sent to me through the mobile delivery service. I called over 20 times, as soon as I noticed the wrong item was delivered, I called back to back for a whole hour! I tried calling again later on the day and still no answer! This is the second time I got my food and it's been messed up. First time the biscuit were undercooked. This last time I ordered my biscuit with egg whites and they gave me REGULAR EGGS!!! I despise YOLK! Even the smell of it makes me nauseous. I am so upset that I spent $16 for nothing because of course I had to pay for the service fee and delivery and tipping too. $7 turned into $16 and I didn't get to eat it. What I ordered and how much I charged for something I had to throw away!!! I want a refund!! I will be calling corporate to discuss the lack of assistant I received! Nobody ever answers from 8am until 6 pm! This is crazy. If I could give them 0 stars! I would!

This place is set up to rob you of your money!!! Do not trust this guy! He"s hungry for money!!! I was told that my gas cap didn't meet the pass criteria??? Why??? It's the same gas cap that cane with the car!?!?!? And this guy refused to give me a pass emissions test unless I purchased a off brand gas cap for $20 dollars please avoid this location all cost. Plus he wouldn't even reset the system to retake the gas cap test!?!?!? DESPITE FOR IS ALL I CAN SAY!!! ILL NEVER BE BACK!!!If you read the previous reviews which I wish I had!!! You can see that this guy does this same money gouge with others as well!!! Not good for business!!!
Ever since they renovated this location it has only improved their performance and ability provide top tier service. Thanks to the Chick Fil A app I can always rack up points and be eligible to get free food! Who doesn't like free food! Whenever I am craving the signature chicken sandwich I can always go through the drive thru and get my food within minutes. The employees are so kind and always greet me with a smile. I have never had an issue with this location and always appreciate the overall service. It makes me come back for more good food and service.

This is by far, the worst drive thru experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. I have avoided this particular location because of all the negative feedback from friends. I was so thirsty, so I pulled in to the lengthy drive thru line. Chick-fil-A,in my opinion, sets the standard for efficiency at most of their drive thru locations. There were two merging lines like most of the locations. I gave my order and paid for my drink at 1:02 p.m. on a Friday. When I got to the delivery window, it was 1:32 p.m! The service employees taking the orders in the lin were very fast taking orders as far back as 6 or 8 cars. So the problem points to the order prep. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend this location. And to top things off, the price of my medium tea was close to $.50 higher than a couple weeks ago whenI visited the Truet locationin McDonough GA.

This newly renovated CFA is perched up above Eagles Landing Parkway just off the exit on 75! I was recently cruising up 75 from Griffin headed back to the city and the desire for a cookies and cream milkshake hit pretty hard...and would you believe that the CFA logo appeared on an exit sign mere moments later?! It was a sign (literally!), so I took the time to swing through to get my fix. Since I was driving I did not have a chance to order through the app, which is what I normally do at all locations. I braved the drive thru here, which per usual was backed up and wrapped around every open space available. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the team. They got me in and out of the line within a matter of minutes. I ended up adding a number 1 to my order, because why not!? All my food and sweets came out as expected and craved. Service was your regular CFA level of perfection, so all in all...no complaints!
