2nd time trying. I order my sandwich and a employee walks up and gives the person making my sandwich a call on order or internet order. She stops making my sandwich and proceed to make the online order.i take the time to walk in and order to be pushed to the back of the line for someone sitting around at work or home. Very rude and poor customer service. 2nd time this has happened in only 2 visits. I waited 6 months to return after the 1st time. Will not be returning for they have this standard practice. Maybe they should just do online orders period. Poorly manged not to recognize the situation.

I usually order delivery thru either Door Dash or GrubHub at different times of the day. I have to say, I am never disappointed in the quality of my sandwiches. My family has loved them as well. Some places, that is a big worry when being delivered. Like the drive-thru, they tend to slight you. I don't have that problem with Jersey Mike's. They are a little pricey, but at least we get a hefty sandwich.

First visit and last visit Jersey Mike's now will give you 85% bread and 15% meat I'm not going to pay you almost $20 a sandwich to come out of there with only 15% meat on the sandwich I can go to Publix and get a sandwich with a nice portion of meat for half the . People who order online or pick up take away from the service that the young women are trying to give two people at the counter it took me almost 40 minutes to get out of there and I paid $42 for two giant Jersey originals. The meat is sliced so thin it is thinner than a piece of copy paper. And this is not the only Jersey Mike that I have noticed that is doing this you all can keep your $20 sandwiches I will go back to Kroger or Publix for a delicious sub in the future.

So, I ordered online at this location by accident. This store was an hour away from me. I called and Elisabeth went above and beyond to refund my money so I could reorder from my local store. The system wouldn’t allow her to refund me but she personally cash apped me a refund and was so sweet about it!! ??

Man what a horrible experience. 5 people that we could see working. No one took our order. Most were in the back listening to music with no regard to customers. Owner should review video and fire whoever is in charge at 6pm on Saturday. Crazy.

The place needs to be cleaned up behind the counter. Where they slice the meat there are food crumbs everywhere. They ran out of bread and couldn't make sandwiches.And if you had if a online order, you can forget it no sandwich, had to refund money. Didn't seem like a manager was in the store. Bunch of young people trying to do their best. Place is a total failure.
