Ordered a 4 piece wings and biscuit and was highly disappointed ? Whole wings was super small and didn't taste good at all..K.F.C had fallen off. USE to be my favorite chicken fast food restaurant and nowadays, i can't say that at all.

Keep driving!!! They’re serving raw food…..&&&& I asked for a refund and they denied me said the Manager not here and didn’t give me a receipt until I asked for one and it’s not accurate. I’m pregnant and eating raw food is not healthy whether pregnant or not !!!!! Biscuit full of DOUGH!!!!!!!!!!

Only leaving any stars to actually leave a review. Terrible customer service. No sense of urgency. No respect for people's time. I placed an online order. It said my estimated pickup time was 638pm. It was a larger order (20 pieces of dark chicken and 4 sides). So I purposely arrived at 648. After waiting for 7 minutes for someone to greet me, I'm told my order isn't ready and they need an additional 15 minutes!!! FIFTEEN MORE MINUTES on top of the courtesy 10 minutes I gave y'all?? When I mention how the order is already late the cashier says "welp... Sorry... We're busy what do you want me to do"..."that's what happens when you order extra crispy" as if it's no big deal and as if I'm bothering her for wanting my family's $75 meal. By the time I received my order it was a solid ONE HOUR from the time I originally placed my order. Furthermore someone working had the lobby "babysitting" their kids. It was 3 kids in there on electronics devices going to the counter calling their "Mom" from the back asking for things. Probably 10 to 12 and also a baby in a stroller. People were coming inside from being delayed at the drive through as well. I'll never come back. Never.

Whoever is in charge should be embarrassed. Ordered four famous bowls got it delivered by Doordash, they only gave me three famous bowls and when I called they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to come pick up the missing bowl, if I Doordashed my ordered why would I be able go come pick something up that yall left off. Instead they gave me a PARTIAL refund so I was out of a meal and some of my money. Get some workers that can count to 4.
