My chicken was not done so I went back to the restaurant to complain about the matter. No Worker told me she had to get her GM‘s because she was outside smoking. Once the young lady came inside. I ask her for my receipt so I can handle this legally, as she stated no how do I know it was this Kfc?

The drive thru associate is rude! If he doesn’t like his job he needs to find another! Worst experience ever at this location!! Thanks to Emmitt or Rico whatever his name is black guy with white/blonde facial hair and his ugly attitude I will not ever come back here! He is a disgrace to KFC and his community! He should be fired the way he treats paying customers !!!

I went today at night because it was near my hotel. I am tired, had to tell my order more than 3 times, and the lady at the window gave me everything wrong.

Haven’t been here in a while, had some not so good food in the past, but the service was always ok. Today, I had good food and service. My food was fresh, and the gentleman who took my order and helped me at the window was very nice. They have redeemed themselves with me. ??

It has been many months since My husband and I had KFC. One of the things that we noticed different about this KFC was the employee taking the order in the drive-thru.She was very pleasant using words like "my pleasure" to serve you. That was impressive enough. I usually think people at the fast route restaurants for their service because they endure a lot of verbal abuse especially from Karen's and Kevin's.I appreciated hearing how well poised she was when taking our order. But the food, let's get to that, it was delicious. It was like I had KFC for the first time. The chicken was so delicious ?I think maybe it was so delicious because I was so pleasantly surprised by the server who helped. She made it taste better than me ?Kid-friendliness: Our server was very pleasant using words like "my pleasure" to serve you. That was impressive enough. I think people athat provide us service at fast food restaurants endure a lot of verbal abuse especially from Karen's and Kevin's. KFC, I'd like to thank you. For hiring such an incredible team! ?

My cousin invited to KFC on Tuesday at 11AMand he ordered through the drive thru and was told to wait for his order. I showed up at 11:11AM - we entered location so I could order and eat-in. A young lady was waiting at counter when we entered at 11:16AM and no one was up front. Young lady finally called out for help after 4 minutes and 3 women huddled together all showed up to the counter looking unkempt and unprofessional. Women asked to order they all told her to use the Kiosk..."Use the Kiosk!" I'm a personal professional chef and have worked in hospitality since 1990 and there actions and unprofessional behavior turned me off so I refused to order. By now my cousin still hasn't received his food as of yet and it's 11:28 by now and my cousin asks to have this food and they hadn't even started preparing his food yet so that was what prompted me to file a complaint against this KFC for lack of service unprofessionalism and food quality. Please retrain and utilize customer service tools properly. Thank you Chef Alexander Sr.

Livid right now. Went in and was IMMEDIATELY met with Attitude from EVERY SINGLE. This woman, says her name is Kita, walked out fussing, the whole timeI was told I had to order at the kiosk and responded that I couldn't because I had a coupon that was just sent to me.They all made it seem like I had just confessed to having Covid.I was told they weren't going to take my order and to leave, I guess because I interrupted their arguing and banging on stuff out of frustration.Absolutely horrible experience.

Wished i could give negative all across the board. It dosen't takes an education or training to take an order through drive-thru. Today date 2/12/24 time 5:10pm. The drive-thru employee was awful rude rachet and very ignorant in nice terms. I wouldn't let this person work for me sewage company. The disrespectful behavior is sad that these employees give and allowed to give customers is terrible. Speaking to management does nothing because they're listening and allowing it instead of correcting it and dismissing the employee. But when you match there energy then that's when you the bad person. This place needs a major change in management and entire staff. I would eat here again if it was free.

Purchased chicken tenders and a 3 piece chicken combo. Received what seemed like day old reheated chicken. Biscuits could be used as a weapon how hard they were. Had to drive 15 minutes back here and told by a rude worker “we don’t give refunds so what would you like?” I told her we need a new freshly made order. She then returns to say “we don’t have anymore chicken tenders” I told her this is all I eat from here so… which she proceeds to say “we don’t do refunds.” This is the most unprofessional, nasty KFC I’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money or energy on this place. In the end they are trying to make me order something else and refusing to give me my money back.
