Corporate need to visit and update this site on 138 SBridge!3.30 stopped in drive thru and employee stated there was no 5.00 special...its advertised all over tv as of a week ago. A young girl said the commercial was wrong and they had NO specials at this time. They didn't know what they were saying...I just said ok- though ad is running at this very moment.How can a store not be properly informed abt sales or not know what is advertised on national television?KRYSTAL IS NOW misadvertising to its many customers who also got out of line and left.Bad business Mgt. Sign said new mgt...WOW!S.Bridge 138 need to do better!!

The black 40 year old employee there says she been the 9yrs her attitude match the way she looks drives a dark blue Durango claims I gave her the finger lol because she doesn’t know how to make a biscuit service unacceptable should be fired asap this was my third interaction with this disgusting lady

This location is Never functuining Open. Associate(s) will be there but no response at the drive this. Always have this experience in the mornings-7am and after. Also had this experience in the afternoon/evening. Last time trying this location, don't recommend.

This is a take out only Krystal's with limited menu. Service is good but limited food choices. Prices are the same as sit-down service restaurants . Plenty of parking and outdoor seating is available.

On 02/03 my family and I ordered $89.50 worth of food from Krystal’s located on Hwy 138 and it was the worst experience ever! We ordered the food through DoorDash and didn’t receive our full order and the food that we did receive was completely incorrect. I do understand that mistakes do happen but something that’s done repetitively is no longer a mistake. After ordering DELIVERY I got in my car and drove to Krystal’s to have my order corrected. I was greeted by a very nasty caucasian aged women with white and blonde hair who called her self a manager. She never let me explain my concern instead she cut me off and told me I was lying and wrong. I had all of the food with me to return . I asked to give her the incorrect food in exchange to receive my correct order. She told me “ Take that up with DoorDash” and slammed the drive through window in my face. I contacted DoorDash and they couldn’t help me so I then contacted the police. As I waited on the police to arrive I parked and observed this location. The manger allow her employees to VAPE in the restaurant and they are working with NO GLOVES OR HAIRNETS while using their phone . The manager is working in slides and while she refused to correct my order she left with a large amount of food for her family that I’m sure she didn’t pay for. This location needs to be throughly investigated and I will continue to work until I speak with someone in corporate to raise concern about this location. Also, this location have a Georgia Food Service score of 89 B. Please see attached photos for the nasty caucasian “Manager” and the employees she allow to work with no gloves and hair nets while on their phones and vaping.On 02/05 my husband and I drove to Krystal’s on Hwy 138 to speak with the “Manager” and we were greeted with some one who called their self the “District Manager”. She was also a caucasian women with blonde hair and was just as nasty and mean as the “Manager” and sided with her.

I ordered pick 5 and they got my order wrong, how can you not get the order right. This place needs to train their employees better on how to fix a customer order. I will never ever again order from here.

I'm not much of a Krystal's burger fan, but the spicy wings are that fire ?. The wings and fries are made fresh at this location, and they complement each other very well. I don't get anything else from Krystal.

It was a sad experience. As we stood there out in the cold by the walk-up window, we were watching and waiting for someone to acknowledge us. A few minutes went by, and finally, we were helped. The customer service was not bad but not great. I am hoping it was just a bad day also that we had gone elsewhere.
