Disgusting eating area. Floor was sticky every single step we took. Sprite was carbonated with no flavor. Took awhile for our order. They forgot the nuggets and fries. Not the standard you'd expect from a McDonalds. Only bright spot was the young lady helping us was very polite and had great customer service. Otherwise it gets a big thumbs down. ????????????????????????

Gave a very low rating because my order was not fulfilled properly. Sent my son to pick up a Quarter pounder meal without "Cheese" . The receipt has "no cheese" on it. The bag has a print out with order stating "no cheese" , and there's another printed statement on the burger package itself. My issue is , why was my order wrong? What is going on that the orders can not be fulfilled accurately and properly? It can't be that hard or even that busy. I am not happy with this purchase and wishes to be compensated for this order.This is not acceptable.I pray and hope that all of you workers at this particular McDonald's get yourselves all on one accord to make all orders complete and correct at all times. Make that a goal ,im sure you'll get recognized for that.When you know better, do better (Maya Angelou).

This McDonald's is closest to my home and never failed me. Friendly staff and food is always delicious.
02/14/2024 came for a medium number 7 meal with no mustard received the burgers with mustard and no fries.Came for 2 carmel frappe's they were made just right.5/29/2022 at 1:00 pm I stopped for one large ice cold caramel macchiato at 1:10 I sat waiting for my order now at the 3rd window the young lady came with 3 ice cold drinks she said the macchiato machine was not working then I sat another 6 minutes waiting. I parked my car knocked on the window and requested my money back the manager comes I tell him I just want my money back she told me the machine was not working he says it’s working they have it they were out of milk. I received my money and the correct drink. All fast food locations should start out saying thank you for choosing the name of the restaurant then start by letting customers know what machine are down. I’m just saying.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Waited 15 minutes at the speaker waiting to place my order. No one ever came on to excuse themselves for the wait. They only had 4 cars in front. Ended up leaving and going to the other one down the road.

The time is 1:55 am and to say that you are 24 hours and I drive all the way across town with my pregnancy craving wanting a double cheeseburger fries and large sweet tea really hurt my feelings that I cried cause this is not fair to me and my baby so can you please fix the time post online for future reference and other pregnant mommy’s that understand me

This is what I call one of the worse McDonald’s in the Henry county area besides the one in locust grove. Very dirty food is nasty and homeless people hanging out asking for money while you eat. Would not go backParking: The location is on one side of the four lane highway so can be a problem is you are going east. Plenty of parking though.Kid-friendliness: A lot of homeless ppl cussing and asking for ur food or money

I went to this location and was informed they were out of meat. What? Why are you open@? 4 cars before me in drive thru and had ordered are you trying to tell me they only ordered fries. I suspect what you were trying to say was as workers we are too lazy to cook more meat. If management allows this and still pays you...
