Love the name! Food was awesome. I had the catfish, cheese grits, and a biscuit. Every bite was perfectly seasoned and not too salty. Fish was very fresh. Grits were from scratch not instant. Didn’t even need butter for the biscuit. Took home the sweet potato and pecan pie both homemade and slices of heaven. Staff appeared to be family and were all very sweet. My first, but not the last time. From the North to the South dining.Vegetarian options: Grits, fish, eggs and other itemsKid-friendliness: Plenty of tasty items for kids

Can't say enough of this little cafe. The food was out of this world. You get your money worth. The cheese stick were huge, could of made a meal off them alone. If ever back in the area I will be back. Staff was also very friendly.

They provided a hearty breakfast quickly and the people working were very kind. This is a good casual place to grab a bite to eat. I can't wait to come back to check out what they had cooking in the smoker for lunch!

The fried cat fish and grits.. THE END!! So good, we decided to give this place a try and I must say I’m glad we did. We have tried a few other things on the menu and wasn’t too thrilled. So we decided to stick with what’s good and that’s the fried catfish and grits.

I had fish, and it was old and seemed to be refried. It was hard and stale. Grits were watery. They could use some

I tried this place once before and I've driven by for months seeing the advertisement, just never tried it. Well, I can say that was a mistake. For a small Cafe in a gas station suite just doesn't do then credit. The food is off the chain. I had the southern omelette with hash browns before, but forgot to take photos, not this time though. Same order, but they were out of hashbrowns, instead they substituted them for cubed potatoes with green peppers and onions, and as you can see from the pic, it was a really tasty substitution. The place is cozy and had tables and booth seating. 4 TV screens to entertain you outside the food. Clean and accommodating. Parking is as you would assume at a gas station, but spaces are available. Staff is great. Breakfast and lunch and dinner meals are served. The menu has entrees such as Buffalo chicken finger to veggies burritos. Pasta's; chicken Parmigiano, Blackened chicken fettuccine, baked lasagna and ziti, salads; house, fried or grilled chicken, or Blackened or lemon pepper chicken salad, sandwiches, appetizers, a kids menu for 10 and under. Desserts, etc.An all around good cafe'... If your in Stockbridge, stop in and try them. I like the variety of items. I can't see you not finding something here.BTW, the omelette is huge and stuff to the gill with the meats and vegetables. A lot more for the price you'd expect to pay.Parking: Attached to a convenient store, limited parking in front of cafe, handicap space (1) available.
