Well, this is my first time coming here. Not sure if I'll be back for a few reasons, however, the main reason that brought me here was the prices for what you receive. The toppings are overpriced, and underserved. I was supposed to be charged $1.00 for the chili and cheese together, and then another $1.00 for the added bacon. Somehow, my order came up to be an extra $1.00 over the actual price and I am still confused on how the order was calculated. Please note that this certainly would not have been a problem, if I saw $3.00 worth of toppings on the hotdog). But it was barely any toppings, specifically the chili. I almost wasn't sure if they added any on there. The bun was great, but the hot dog itself could have been better for what I paid for.

For starters, there should have been a menu posted at the drive-up window. If they plan to keep the drive-thru open then it needs a canopy. Customer service was decent but the hotdogs were really good! They could’ve used better chili, but it was still very good. I got two footlongs because I thought that the regular hotdogs were going to be too small. BIG mistake! It took a lot of work to consume both of them. A bit pricey, but everything is these days. You will not be disappointed.

It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still talking this place up to family and coworkers. I got the chili cheese dog, pimento dog, and an order of chili cheese fries and it was fantastic. The dogs were worth writing home about but the fries were incredible. Will definitely go back and try some other parts of the menu. For what it's worth, this was a cheat meal.

I have been a long time customer here, long before it was the Hot Dog Company. It has always been run professionally, friendly and never ever any complaints. Even stuck with them when they changed the way they cooked the fries but they eventually went back to the original way, thank you. But today 5-27-2022 at 2:00 I was in the drive through and was waited on by the most rude and impolite young lady that I have come in contact with in a long time. All I remember is she was working the drive through at 2:00 she had dark colored hair. I won't even go into what she said to me and my friends in the car, but she should understand that speaking her opinions to the customer and correcting them is not only unacceptable, it isn't her job. But it also cost the Hot Dog company a life long customer, I/WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Good luck. So sad.

May 25,2022 I was there, the Hot dogs and everything they sell is absolutely awesome. The customer service is good also that contributes to the enjoyment of their food. I tell you the hot dogs ? are so good, the Chilli, the cold slaw so good, the fries from real potatoes. I recommend this place. To add: after I ate and headed home which is a drive. I turned around went back and purchased 3 Chilli dogs with fries for my husband ?

Sad sad sad, the hot dog was so small and they didn't have no chilli the fries was not worth nothing . I will never eat there again. I could went home and made my own .

The Hotdog Co. is our absolute favorite local stop for a great, tasty, fresh made cheeseburger! Their fresh cut fries are a great side, but the huge onion rings are always my choice. I will occasionally get the Italian sausage as well. The staff is always super friendly. We never mind waiting as the orders are cooked fresh.

Great hot dogs. Slaw is delicious and fries hand cut. I get my hot dog all the way, but after looking at the menu I think I'll change it up next time
Always good food, fast friendly service. It's a tough time to be running a restaurant and I appreciate all who put their neck on the line to try and make it work.

The service is awful ! There is absolutely no sense of urgency at the drive through. You literally sit there for over forty minutes waiting in line...watching others pull up ...walking and get there food. If you offer drive through service...shouldn't you try to give equal service and wait time ???? I will never return to this business

This is one of our go to spots on the take out circuit! The customer service is warm, friendly, southern and accommodating, I'm talking about that Henry County hospitality!!! It's so much so that I let my 10 year old son place the orders for the family and they treat him like he's the dad paying for everything. Of course he loves it!!! Check them out whenever you get a chance, you won't be disappointed!
