Waffle House has always been my go to place before heading into work but for some strange reason this morning, I was denied service because the cook said she wasn’t taking anymore orders because she had to clean but was clearly cooking while I was there I was very confused as to why she would state that when the establishment is a 24hrs and two customers were already seated already I’ve never been denied service especially at 530am I would love to have some kind of clarity as to why this happened

Every time I have come here the food and customer service has been great. However they always seem to forget one item on my order because I am always take-out. They have a great attitude and atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I enjoy coming here and plan to continue... I just hope they dont forget items from now on. Would still recommend.

The food and service were fine BUT we were given plastic knives and forks, (with no spoons) and this is not acceptable.When the prices go up, the quality shouldn't go down.

Went in to place a to-go order around 11:40am and was told they weren't taking to-go orders because they were too busy (maybe 8 customers were dining in). But before being told that, she hands a to-go order to a man who was sitting there. When I asked why he was able to order, she (with an attitude) says "He ordered a long time ago." So I left, before snatching a knot in her and went to the Fairview Rd. location and ordered without incident.

Workers attitudes are Terrible I gave the cashier a tip on a to go order and not only did she not say thank you she act like she had an attitude. Mind you her service does not deserve a tip in the first place! Another time a cook refused to do a simple request and it was very hostile, not coming back here ever.

Our food was cooked to perfection and our server Melissa was very accommodating, respectful, professional and made you feel like you were dining at her home. She checked on us, kept the beverages full and was very sweet. Thank you so much Melissa Vegetarian options: Thank you for making sure the bacon was not on my husbands plate and on mine because he’s a vegetarian. Your service is impeccable. Waffle House should clone you and the cooks a hundred times over. Thank you so much!
