I’m ordering my food the rude man at the register telling me I can’t mix sweet tea and Minute Maid and I told him I’ll pay for it he continues to be rude and tell me no and he doesn’t need me to repeat a order back to him

I ordered an Apple Pecan salad and a small chocolate frosty. After I got home and opened the bag. I was surprised that there was no salad dressing, no pecans, no straw/spoon for the frosty, no raisins in the salad and very few apples, and no receipt, I paid cash. The gentleman who took my order at the drive-thru kept insisting that I buy a combo, but he couldn't get a single order right. I will not buy from this location again, no way.

This Wendy’s is horrible after being rudely rushed to make my order on March 7 at about 11:45 am ( order taken by a rude man) I was told you can’t add anything at the window. I guess they make up rules as they go.. only wanted to add a drink.If you don’t want to work in customer service and be patient, maybe you shouldn’t work there!

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!! 11:20PM. They do not close till 12. They came on speaker and said "we only have nuggets right now". I said "ok may we do two orders"? (Its two of us in the car). At this point 2 people came on the speaker and said loudly and rudely "WE ONLY HAVE NUGGETS"!!" I paused wondering why there was two people talking and why they were getting loud and sounding annoyed. I then said thats fine we want two orders of spicy nuggets please". They both said again "we aint got spicy". I get it being close to closing and only having limited items availabe that is perfectly understandable but getting loud unnecessarily and being rude in your tone and annoyed with customers is not okay ever. Regular nuggets would have been fine but when someone makes it clear they have an attitude no matter if its at a fast food restaurant, sit down restaurant, or a family member, I rather not have an unnecessarily rude seemingly annoyed person making my food.

I just pull up on the drive thru, the man ask my order, i advise num 3 medium, he ask what source and drink, said anything else, I said 1 med queso fries, he fuss at me said you only get medium fries, I said that a seperate side order, he said when I order i should say all what i want but he will take it this time..I told him once i said num 3, he ask what else. I tought, Why he has to be so unwilling and ugly. Loud, rude to me, to take the order, I apologize to my granddaughter at the window, that she had to withness this rude behavior, all I'm doing is requested the order he started being mean, he needs much training. I will not take visit there any more. I work for the biggest airline in Atlanta and will relate my experience. Never had I had that before. Why do we have to treat our own when all I'm trying to do is suppott my community business. A tall African America with male..there was a wendy's 1.2 miles away..guess I will take my business there !!!
