I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.I spoke to a manager about my order and instead of offering me options he left me on hold for 35 minutes. He had no clue where my order ($53.66) was and informed me that the order went to door dash for delivery but could not offer any other information as far as the driver’s name or anything. “I just gave it to him,” is what he said but couldn’t even give me information as far as where the order was which I thought was weird. When I asked for cancellation of the order or for me to pick it up he placed me on hold. After 35 minutes I hung up and called again and he ignored the call until I called back a third time. I called headquarters and wrote an email but I wanted to ensure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I always order online and pick up at drive through window. Sometimes I still have a to wait but majority of the time they are super fast. Thank you!

They messed up my order two times in a row. I ordered pizza with extra Bacon on it. It has no Bacon at all. When I called o 1/22/2023 at 6:37pm a girl who call herself Diamond who says she's the Manager said "just because you asked for extra Bacon on it doesn't mean that they put much Bacon on it. The last time they gave me the wrong pizzas as well she said she can give me a store credit of $10.00 for a $42.00 order. I explained to her that doesn't feed the kids tonight. They don't understand what an impact they make when everyone in a family doesn't get to eat! A store credit doesn't get it! They should be ashamed of themselves! The picture below is what they are calling extra Bacon...do you see any Bacon. I order from here often I know what it's supposed to look like. I won't be ordering again!

Half the time my order is correct. But on a few occasions I have received something different then what I ordered. They never contacted me to let me know they was changing my order due to whatever reason. I would have atleast appreciated a phone call so that I could make that decision instead of them just giving me what they wanted to substitute for what they may not have. I order what I want not what you want to give me. Teach your employees some customer service skills its just common courtesy and common sense don't you think? Times are hard on us working people and I don't have it like that just to pay and settle for something Im not going to eat.

They messed up my order on 11/19/22.i called the store to see if they could remake the pizza and they said they'd give me a $10 credit. Went back today and the manager said there's nothing on my account and refused to honor the credit. The manager didn't care about making it right. They're horrible.

Put in for a pizza roughly 25 minutes ago. The app says it will be ready in 15 minutes, i stop off at quik trip to get something good to drink. Take my time so pizza hut has more than enough time. Get to the pizza hut and am told i need to call in to the store. I wait for someone to answer while I'm watching people idling in the store and no customers in the drive thru. After several minutes of waiting I'm told that, despite the app saying it's ready to go, the pizza is "still in production" and that no ETA can be given due to "higher than normal call volume"... I believe the staff, like with many of the restaurants around stockbridge and ellenwood, are intentionally dragging their feet to reduce their workload near the end of the shift.It has now been almost 40 minutes now and still nothing. I'll not be returning to this location. As a night shift worker, this failure in timing has cost me my entire lunch break without the benefit of being able to eat.

Placed order over the phone person taking my order I could BARELY hear him but I understood my order & it came out right, fresh & hot. I love Pizza Hut.

I made an online order tonight at 7:30pm almost immediately they called me back about my address which was clarified, at 8:23pm I got a text message saying it was out for delivery, almost an hr layer still no pizza which I had been waiting on, I go to the location and asked to speak to the manager which at that point I'm more than mad to put it nicely, I explain the the manager that I understood they may have been busy but its unacceptable for this to happen, he then proceeded to say he will call the driver I refused and demanded my money back which at that point he said they would void my order, the manager acted really cocky and did not care about this situation at all.

I only came here for convenience only to always get the opposite. They always get my order wrong ,never knows what’s going on around them & instead of helping come to a solution they tell you what meant to order blasé blasé . I was charged 20$ for a so called 10$ pizza .(I added two toppings) only to get some dried up cheese pizza that I couldn’t bring back ! Then after explaining my situation he just paused and said OKAY? like what ? This location is unprofessional and GHETTO I Won’t be back to this location . Thanks Ron.
Sitting here almost two hours after ordering, one hour after delivery time and no pizza. I honestly understand people are short staffed but this is absolutely ridiculous! Two hours for pizza, bedtime for kids but no pizza. Delivery driver just called me almost 15-20 past the first time I could see him driving past my home saying he couldn't find my address. This is absolutely insane! I will be expecting a full refund. Now after riding around in the car for about 40 min in the delivery drivers car it has been delivered. The food is not even Luke warm...
