I've only placed orders online so I can't comment on the customer service. However, I can comment on the food which was wonderful. I've tried their fried rice which was great and the veggies were cooked all the way. The burgers and sweet potato fries are awesome. The mozzarella sticks and teriyaki steak sandwich are good as well. I have a sensitive tummy and the food did not make me sick. Finding this spot, is bitter sweet for me ?

Food is top notch its a shame that the service is terrible. TV is constantly off and stuck listening to the cashiers conversation over her airpods. Seems more interested in the phone conversation than getting orders right.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger is an option.

It’s so so hard to find a place that has good food and good customer service. These employees are so so rude I’m convinced the cooks have to be nicer just by how they prepare the food. To say the customer service is poor would be an understatement! The day I went in, a big girl with a camaflogue hat and a smaller girl with long braids were there, they don't know how to talk to custermers respectfully, they treat customers like trash, let your food sit on the counter for minutes without calling you and telling you your order is ready, and act like they are upset because you are spending your money to buy food at WNB Wings @ Hudson Bridge! This is my first and last time here! I work too hard for my money for me to spend it with people who don't value my dollar and disrespect me...

Tried this place for the first time and not only was the food amazing but the two girls with gray and purple sweaters working the front end were so sweet and welcoming. Definitely coming back to try more items.
