The first visit here was excellent. The food was freshly prepared. The March 22,2024 visit was not quite the same experience. They didn’t answer the phone around 8:15pm-8:30pm. So, I arrive there around 8:30pm and waited in line. The cashier never says anything to me, but another couple gets in line behind me . The cashier loudly announces that they are no longer taking hibachi orders. I’m only making the public aware not to go there after 8pm , although they close at 9pm. The cashier rudely turned away 2 other customers as they entered by saying “we not taking any more orders!” To top it off they messed up my order, by adding lemon pepper sprinkle to my teriyaki wings., instead of adding it to honey hot wings that I ordered. By the way, lemon and pepper on teriyaki is not Good. The cashier was already in a bad mood , so I just took the order and tried to wipe away most of the lemon pepper seasoning. It’s hard to believe it’s the same place that had the fresh hibachi weeks before.
Customer service is absolutely horrible cashier’s are absolutely unprofessional and their behavior is unacceptable almost to the point of needing CORRECTION

If you order here tell them....DO not add the TERIYAKI SAUCE ..get it on the side you may have a better experience other than that your gonna have a soggy rice puddle..had to throw it away..

Food is great but whoever the girl is in the front need to be sat down with, everytime you call and order she’s rude and acts like she hates her job. If you don’t want to work at a restaurant, Indeed has several jobs you can apply for.

Just called and asked how do I order naked wings on door dash because their isn't any option. So the girl told me you can get them but they are plain without seasoning. That is so questionable. So do they use seasoning?? Also, she had a slight attitude as if I asked her to solve the equation for the Flux capacitor. These Atlanta restaurants are sad to say the least.

The food is nasty ? I eat a few bite of my hibachi the taste omg I can’t discribe is nasty ?
Food tastes like cardboard,absolutely ZERO FLAVOR. Cheap foam containers lead to the disgusting soy sauce spilling out in the bag. Customer Service/cashier was non engaging, unfriendly and failed to say thank you, come again..nothing. Please don't waste your time, better off cooking or eating at publix deli next door!!
