Worse zalad ever! Cheese and fried onions ghost! Big chunks of the core of the lettuce. Just a mess! When I called and asked to speak to the mgr before asking my son to take the salad back, I was put on "perpetual hold" and no one ever came to the phone. Waste of time and money. Poor food and service.
Never coming back to this Zaxbys again. We got here at 10:30 and it’s 10:55 and we still haven’t gotten our food. And there is no sense of urgency at all. The new Zaxbys off of Jonesboro road is a lot better, friendlier, cleaner and over all more efficient. I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism at all.

What’s the point of ordering ahead curbside and you still have to wait an additional 20 min! I checked in through the app and through email and still had to call to ask them how much longer I had to wait . Just horrible I would have gotten my order sooner in the drive thru !This is my feedback right here , don’t waste your time or mine with that same response you’ve given everyone else!

Saw a German cockroach on the counter, a German cockroach!! It be different if it was a waterbug, those are everywhere it’s the south. But a German cockroach is the filthy ones! If one was bold enough to walk on the counter imagine what you don’t see! Disgusting, the owner should be ashamed!

I walked in to order, the staff looked at me and no one spoke. I stood at the counter and no one came to take my order. I decided to leave because of the customer service and the trash over flowing everywhere. If no one cared enough to take out the trash then they probably did not care to clean anything on the restaurant.

This Zaxbys is right by my home so i frequent this location a lot and I have to say only SOMETIMES do they get my order right. On top of ridiculous wait times (15-20 or even more sometimes), they get my order right only some of the time. Today I ordered 2 wings and things with TRADITIONAL wings. Tell me why, I got BONELESS WINGS instead. On top of that I ordered 2 sweet teas and they were unsweetened. and this isnt the first time i received a wrong order from this location, its baffling how often they get orders wrong. They need to fire their whole staff and hire new ones because whosever in charge over there doesnt care about their customers at all! Pathetic!
