Paid $10 for shrimps and I received no ketchup or "special" Zaxby's sauce as advertised. I called back to store and no answer. NO MORE ZAXBY'S. SERCIVE IS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN.

I go to this location a lot because it’s nearby. I normally hate it because this location is so slow and careless, employees are always standing around on their phones and management does nothing. During my visit I met a new hope for the community, they have a new manager and I can’t remember her name but she’s fairly young. She was very sweet and has great customer service she even checked on my order without me asking when she felt like it was taking too long. I witnessed her informing another customer that their order will take a little time while they waited for new wings to finish cooking and gave a free drink for the wait. This is customer service! I’ve watched her give guidance to employees which is what they need, some new and better training! This could be a fresh start for the location I hope she stays long.

I don't usually give bad reviews but I'm extremely tired tonight and just wanted to eat, take a shower and go to sleep. I ordered a classic sandwich meal online, pick up in store. I opened my container and asked if the little bit of fries were considered a large fry. The young lady told me know and to the container over to the kitchen. And asked the the yiung man if that looked like a large fry. He said no and I trusted whatever was added would make the fry large. I go home to find out, Not at all! That's not even the bad part. I can forgive the fries but when I went to eat my sandwich the chicken patty(that is all I could to think to call it) was thin and one side was hard and the entire thing was dry to the bone. The sandwich was covered in too much sauce and messy. I took a bite and it had no flavor and again was really hard. Please do better. I know we all get tired on a shift no matter where we work. We should all do our best for the people we serve or provide a service to. We have to look at it as if we are serving ourselves. I had a long very busy short staffed day and I'm exaughsted. So disappointed! Not even peeved off. Too tired for that.

They are have no customers serviceWhen I order food and drink they just give me a food then I call them to give me my drink they try to ignore me but I already paid for it. Finally they give me a drink with ugly face!

Whatever type of training Chick-fil-A gives their employees, Zaxby’s needs the same training for their employees. I placed an order through the drive-thru and the employee kept cutting me off. Maybe if she wouldn’t have kept cutting me off, then my order would have been correct. Also, if you’re going to charge me for an extra barbecue sauce, at least give me the same unopened new Pack instead of a half filled container . Ridiculous there is ALWAYS an issue here . Employees look very ghetto and attitudes suck . Slowest line ever it’s absolutely ridiculous . 30 plus minutes in line for a chicken finger plate . Are y’all catching and killing the chicken in the back and hand peeling the potatoes ??? Employees are so damn slow!!!!!!!
