The meatloaf was awful. It used to be very good. But it appears the meatloaf recipe has been changed since the last time I had it. Now is mostly fillers or something artifical. Even when I opened the box, it looked like Spam My husband could not eat his after one bite. We both said it did not taste like meat! Stay away from the meatloaf.

I used to love this place, I just got a plate today and it was nearly inedible. And I can eat almost anything. They changed everything about their food, and went up in price, and when I tell you that Mac n cheese was BAD. And the potatoes and spinach. It all was either so bland it tasted like cardboard or so seasoned it made you pucker your lips. Idk what happened man, that's sad. None of us could stomach eating it we had to toss it and we've never done that with anything.

This place puts boston market to shame. Very poorly run. Looks like its going out of business. Completely empty dine in tables, two people at most behind the counter, early closing, not all menu items available ever, will never give you utensils or napkins unless you ask, worst mac and cheese Ive ever had in my life. It was like they mixed it with some cleaner fluid. Im done with this place.

This Boston Market is a knock off. Food was horrible. Turkey was gross and not the original... rotisserie was dry..Mac and cheese no flavor. Mash potatoes and gravy was nasty...corn over cooked. Spinach was not the same as the original. Whom ever allowed this stors to open should be held accountable for false advertising. I will NEVER recommend this store. If this is part of Boston Market Franchise they have completely fell off.

I don't know it could be just me and my wife but it seems to me like every time a black person comes in there the Hispanic lady comes to the front to help us and the food seems to be small portions and dry and not so tasty. It's amazing that no other person here has done a review about this. I got a half chicken the other day and the person in front of me was Hispanic he got a nice size full half chicken but mine was in pieces like she just grabbed some loose pieces and made a half chicken. This is unacceptable and I think Boston Market corporation needs to look into this and get her gone.

My family went on a Sunday for lunch. They were out of nuggets, no sandwiches were being served, the potatoes were not cooked, the creamed spinach, corn and rice were all terrible, and the only drinks available were coke, Diet Coke or tea. Even though we were dining in, we had to eat from to-go containers. Huge disappointment!

Nastiest chicken ever. Zero flavor. Yuck. Sorry but selling food this nasty is unacceptable.

Lazy, lazy, and lazyyyy. I've had at least two bad experiences at this Boston Market location (stone mountain). First time, they were completely out of the creamed spinach and this was like around 3 or 4pm when I came. THEN, the second time...I came on 6/9/2023 at 7:00pm..they were closed. It was at least 5 customers standing outside at Boston Market's LOCKED DOOR confused wondering why they were closed at 7pm when Boston Market clearly is suppose to close at 9pm. Smh, like I said they LAZY and just don't want to work.

The food was absolutely tasteless. I’ve never had a dry thigh before, until now. I grew up on Boston Market, the cut on ingredients showed. If this is the product that all the locations are putting out, no wonder so many have closed. This was absolutely a waste of money. We ended up giving it to the dog. Sad.

I've been coming to this location for years. My visits hasn't always been a pleasant experience but I've noticed over the last few visits the service provided is way below my expectations of customer service andquality of the food. The new lady manager seems to be cutting back on the food portions. As a frequent customer I know the regular portion of the meals. That's not right.I noticed new staff everytime I step foot into the restaurant. Maybe that's why the level of customer service has declined. It's not many Boston Markets around anymore so that's why I go to this location. But if some of the issues don't get corrected soon, I will take my business elsewhere.

I prefer to leave positive reviews, but I can't for this Boston Market. Ordering online was a breeze and my order was ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, the food was really bad! We ordered the meatloaf, chicken, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes. The proteins were both dry and the sides flavorless. We ordered last year and the experience was the same. I decided to give them another chance before giving a negative review, but the quality of the food is lacking. Gone are the years of fresh steamed vegetables and flavorful roasted chicken!

I grew up on Boston Market. I'm not sure what the heck is going on with the menu or the chain itself, since so many locations are closing.Every single side I purchase needed help. The potatoes definitely came from a box and were mixed with water (not even milk or cream). The corn was baby kernels with no salt or butter. The mac & cheese was orange, but it wasn't cheese. I legitimately have no idea what that was.I honestly don't know what's going on with this brand, but if this is what they are serving, I guarantee more locations will be closing soon.It wasn't like this last summer when I visited. My family enjoyed that meal.

We used to have Boston Market cater for work events in Texas. Well, this location must have a completely different set of recipes. Everything looked and tasted instant. I'm not even sure how this place stays open. Maybe the coupons?Anyways, it was easy to place my order online, easy to use the coupon I found online, and the food was ready when I arrived. That's where the good ends. When I got home and opened the containers I found the worst looking food I've seen in a long time. It was like the school cafeteria merged with the worst hospital food I've ever seen. I went to plate the food for dinner and found that the macaroni was watery... how? Mashed potatoes were instant. Cornbread tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. Chicken was dry, although the sauce was good. Turkey was swimming in the gravy I requested to be taken off the meal (I blame myself for this since I did not check the food before leaving). This is the most disgusting and disappointing meal I've had in a while. I had to toss most of it in the trash.
