If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would! I’m assuming the child was a manager because she had on a stripped button down. She is light skinned with a skimp sleek bun to the back. She was rude af to every customer that entered the building and she didn’t wanna give anyone her name. Everyone in the lobby was talking about her stank attitude. She definitely needs to be demoted. She doesn’t have managerial attitude…

Service is always slow at this location. They don’t really seem to care about their customers either. You could be standing waiting for someone to come to the counter and they will gossip in the back and watch you instead of assisting. I saw an employee bringing out curbside orders and he opened the door with his gloves and he went back to the kitchen and started touching/packaging food without changing his gloves. Very nasty and unsanitary.

It's sad that a place with good food has such bad service. We were told to wait 5-10 minutes, waited over 20. The sodas were mostly soda water with hardly any flavor and they were out of nearly everything we would have wanted to go with what we were eating.

Food is always great. Unfortunately, the majority of the staff have attitudes with the exception of KD the cashier. The young lady got my order wrong and proceeded to give me the sides I paid for that she forgot from not reading her screen correctly and then gets an attitude after I ask for a plastic bag. She wanted me to stuff everything in a paper bag. She has keloids on her ears.

i purchased yesterday the $20 fill up family meal that comes with 4 piece of chicken , nuggets fries and suppose to be 4 biscuits but when i got home there was no biscuits at all, chicken taste like it was fried in grease that’s been sitting for days , the chicken was so salty we couldn’t even eat it at all we really basically throw away $20 dollars of food, cuz it tasted so bad that it wasn’t edible at all…
