If I didn’t have to give this location a star I wouldn’t. This is by far the worst location that I have ever been to. My pizza was overcooked. I asked for another one and when I got that one, it had pork on it. I pacifically told them I only wanted cheese. There was another young lady in there with the same issue that I had and one of their staff me members had a whole BIG 2 year temper tantrum. This young lady threw the pizza and it was all over the floor started cursing. Ahh ANGER management!!! I didn’t feel comfortable at this point so I asked the manager for a refund so that I can just leave. The manager told me he doesn’t know how to do refund. Can you say TRAINING! SMH!! So to the reader, if you’re considering this location, you might want to think again because some of their staff needs anger management and customer service. Be sure to duck your head pizzas are flying!!

I only leave reviews when I have a GREAT or HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! In this case this place is horrific. I placed an online order because walking into that place you will be looked at for 30 min before your order is taken. I pick my online order but the pizza is burnt and old ! So I stand at the counter the lady is taking a drive thru order , she finishes that order and. Looks at me and tells me to one second, than she takes 3 more drive thru orders before coming over . I tell her I would like to trade my pizza for another , I was told no, I get what I get . Asked for the manager he comes up and says he does t have time for this and says there’s nothing he can do .. the staff here energy, and attitude sucks . Need more workers the wait time here is crazy. Cooperate should really check on some of their stores

I ordered two boxes of crazy puffs, 4 puffs in each box but was shorted by one puff per box. The wait there take thirty minutes even after ordering. Unfortunately, it probably won't change.

I've recently visited the pizza place twice, and both times it took a long time to get my order. However, I want to share this because waiting for a long time can be frustrating, leading people to leave negative reviews. Yet, I believe this issue may be temporary due to staff changes. I noticed the staff working hard, which is crucial for a business. Even though customers might not always be in a good mood, efficient service can improve their experience.

As much as I love spending 40 minutes standing at a Little Caesars, I don’t. I’m at Little Caesar’s because my day is already bad, not looking forward to it getting worse.I ordered only cheese bread and the new $3.99 promotion. There was a 50 pizza order before me that I was told about 20 minutes after standing around listening to a fire alarm over and over for upcoming orders. We also were here previously and they did not take my friend’s order and had us standing here. Not trying to be mad at the tired workers; obviously understaffed and underpaid up here. No one said anything when they finally handed us our two items, either.It would have been nice to have to option to take my business elsewhere and I look forward to doing exactly that from now on.

Food was good. Butttt!!! Some items in the new menu i have to order in the website. They dont sell it in the counter. That was not good after i arrived to the restaurant to get that specific item. After i arrived i have to make one order in the counter and another order internet to get what i want. Service was little cold but not bad.

People working customer service was much better Ari was my cashier an did amazing. She made sure my order was complete an made sure I understood how long my order would be

I ordered via the app and it let me know when my food was ready. I walked in. Scanned my app next to the slots. And received my food. The food was hot fresh and good. The only down shot was it's a little hard to find but that is not their
