I'm 60yrs disabled Veteran and have photos of waiting 20mins for orange juice. It almost impossible to place an order at the cash register but still have to wait 15mins using the kiosks and I am the only one there. Worst McDonald's I have ever been in my live. Hell McDonald's in Germany is better. Rude mean short manager.

The service here is absolutely embarrassing.I haven’t been to a McDonalds in 15 years. I just wanted to try some fries. The food was ok. Bland. The workers were straight ignoring the line. And when I asked for something that was missing they turned their back and walked away. They hid in the back avoiding me for almost 10 mins. Until they came back out and said they were out of the item.lol bro I saw you just stand in the corner and make drinks on your phone. You didn’t check anything.

The food is ok at times ; like its hit or miss because im either getting almost hard buns ; the food is cold or lukewarm or the fries are old or over their time; customer service isnt the best here ; i have actually given up on seeking quality customer service ; especially here but everywhere. Atmosphere can be a bit thick you dont know if the associate is having a bad or is just flat out rude because even if u greet them with a smile they dont smile back if u say thank you they wont say your welcome. They wont acknowledge you until u are there for ober 10 mins. The staff will argue with each other and management as if that is the proper thing to do. And this is speaking on all mcdonalds not just this one.

This McDonald’s NEVER includes all condiments needed for orders, nor do they fill coffee cups up to line. When I add up the amount of coffee missing from my cups over 5 orders, clearly I have paid for a small coffee I did not receive. When you order from a delivery service, there is no recourse. PLEASE GET IT RIGHT!

This is quite possibly the worse McDonald's on the East of Atlanta. The drive thru line literally never moves. If you are lucky enough to order be prepared for a nasty attitude at the 1st window and incorrect and cold food at the 2nd window. Just avoid this one unless you are absolutely about to starve and can't go anywhere else.
