I had a mobile order and I’m sittin at the window the MANAGER gave me a completely different order … I said “ what I’m still missing stuff “ she gon say “ well give me that back they gave you the wrong order .. GIRL it was you . She ask me to pull up I told her give my drinks first . Then she handed out the bag THAT I TOUCHED and gave it to the next customer ? !!!!!!! When she comes out she brings my stuff w a attitude i asked her for her name she looked down in a panic and touched where her name badge should be BUT IT WASNT then said “ christina “ she was most likely lyin because the door was locked SHE DIDN PUT MY SAUCE IN MY BAG so I walked right up to the drive thru window and said “ cristina ain’t put my sauce in my Bag “ this man said “ WHO “ the day crew is soooo much better ! She knew she fd up when I asked for tht name !

This morning has been rather hectic for me coming into the office so much so that I was in my car praying the entire way. I very very rarely stop at McDonalds, but today will be a long one so I decided to grab something to eat. I was all over the place with my ordering and yet the young lady taking orders at the drive-thru had such a beautiful and pleasant disposition even after I changed my mind on things multiple times. When I apologized, she said, "Oh no, it's ok." When I arrived at the window to pick up my food, the young man greeted me with a smile as well as he passed me my sweet tea! And then the third person, who I learned is the manager, came to thew window to let me know she was waiting on my condiments and she was just as pleasant, smiling and so professional. I always make it my business to give kudos when they are do, because we should let people know when they are doing awesome just as we are quickly as we are to let them know when they are not doing so great! These three interactions changed my entire day in just 6 minutes. You never know what people are going through. Now I'm smiling and going into this first meeting with a whole different disposition of my own, simply because strangers were so pleasant towards me this morning.
