Excellent hibachi dinner prepared and served by the hibachi grill masters. My kids enjoyed seeing their food cooked for them. My fillet was perfect and will be returning to Nagano for a delicious dinner soon.

Zero type of hibachi experience. Cook was friendly but in no way interactive. On getting drinks asked for straws, came like 10 min later. Asked for chopsticks as sushi was delivered. Never came back until very end with the bill. Asked for one roll to be spicy. They "couldn't do that". Asked for spicy mayo on the side then. Didn't come with the roll and as prior stated she never returned until to give us the bill. One roll had tempura shrimp, shrimp was hard and well fried. Again lady never came back to see how the food was. Edamane had no salt, no garlic, just plain steamed. The miso soup had rotini noodles! Like what? No seaweed or tofu. Hibachi entree was tasty but would not return or recommend. For what we paid absolutely a shame.

The food is great ?. We like to get a shrimp ? tempura roll to go. I’ve also experienced the dine-in side where they prepare Hibachi on the hot plate, it was a great experience.Parking: Lots of spaces to park and a few other businesses in the vicinity.

The chef took care of us because our waiter wasn't. We waited for over an hour for our drinks, and the chef had to get our soup and salad. We got our appetizers that we ordered after the meal. We sent them back and had to tell the manager to take it off of our bill because we ordered them as an appetizer, not dessert. I'm still rating the place at 5 stars because everything else was amazing. If we had not eaten here before and had an amazing experience, then we would not come back. It was the waiter that made it not a great experience.

This place has great sushi and great fried rice .. the only problem is compared to the other Japanese places this one charges more for less food . I would prefer other places .

I enjoy coming here because you can make reservations with Google, their food is delicious, and their staff are friendly. My favorite is their hibachi chicken and their deep fried breaded bagel roll. My only suggestion to the owner is to fix their plumbing in the ladies bathroom.

Poor service - only 1 employee on shift. Mediocre tepid food yet 20% service fee added to bill?!?!?!?!?!?

If you have reasonable expectations for good food, good service, and fair pricing, this place will never disappoint. We have been coming here for over 20 years. This place has hibachi or table service or sushi bar. We recommend the sushi platter and a rainbow roll!

On our frequent visits to the restaurant, we've usually received prompt seating and welcoming service. However, our experience on New Year's Eve was disappointing. Despite arriving and waiting at the entrance for 15 minutes, no one acknowledged our presence. Despite multiple staff members being nearby, including the sushi chef facing the entrance, we were ignored. Even attempting eye contact with passing servers didn't result in any acknowledgment. While we understand it was a busy night, it was disheartening not to receive even a simple greeting. We arrived excited to dine and support the restaurant but left feeling entirely overlooked.

My daughter’s steak was very chewy. The volcano roll had a mustard/cheese/mayo sauce that is not good. My daughter said the fried rice was good. The basic sushi rolls are good. The tempura was good besides the sweet potatoes portion, it’s too hard. Overall, probably won’t come back.

I ordered the sirloin steak with shrimp and fried rice, and spent almost 28.00. The steak was mostly fat and gristle. I was very disappointed! They are nothing like they used to be.
