I placed a phone order at 9 p.m. paid in advance. The person told me that I would receive my food by 9:30 p.m. When I didn’t receive my order by then, I called and was told at that time that they didn’t have any drivers. They gave no reason for not telling me that upfront. The person told me that they were sending my food by DoorDash. I received my food at 12:45 a.m. the next day. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.

I give this Pizza Hut location 1 star. I wish there was a way I could give zero stars. How can a company such as Pizza Hut stay in business operating like they are not keeping up with the times. They have like 10 door dashers waiting for orders. It looks like a club in here with all customers and delivery people standing around waiting for food. I had 2 orders to pick up and I have one order with me that is getting cold while I’m waiting for my second order. I will NEVER EVER and NEVER NEVER come to this location again. This weak management and no work ethic from employees are giving Pizza Hut a very sad name.

Ordered the pizza melt for curbside to only find out upon arrival that they don’t do curbside, even though the app lets you choose the option. The Pizza melt should have been the meat lovers, but when I opened it up, it only had pepperoni and sausage inside. You’re better off going to the next nearest Pizza Hut with the drive-through. I won’t ever be returning here.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered and waited an hour and a half. Finally called and just got put on hold for 20 mins. Hung up and called again 3 more times only to find out they were closed!? On a Saturday!? Website says open. They could have send me an email saying they are closed!? Called cooperate and they weren’t any help either, just typed up everything I said with no answers. I will never give Pizza Hut my money ever again!

the atmosphere was terrible and the food was okay. the inside was dirty & looked as if it hadn’t been clean. i should’ve left then, but i was craving pizza. one of the workers were EXTREMELY loud while talking on the phone. the pizza tasted like it was cooked completely and i'm curious to why because it was barely anyone in there & i waited atleast 30+ minutes for my food. the person that took my order was nice though.

I didn't realize pizza hut had fallen so far with the food quality. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and orginal crust. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust lacked flavor the sauce and chesse was non-existent and the pepperoni were barely there. And the nerve to charge for parmesan cheese with this boot-leg pizza was an insult.

we waited +40 minutes because our boneless wings ( nuggets ) were given to another customer by accident. our stuffed crust pizza was really flat, and the other pizza wasnt cut properly in the center, meaning all the slices were different shapes and sizes. my little brother got sick off the food too. never ordering at this location again
