Every time my mother and I visit Trends Urban Cafe, we leave satisfied! There isn't a dish so far that we've tried and not liked! The food is very tasty and flavorful. Some dishes we've enjoyed there are the fried green tomatoes, bourbon collards, cauliflower bites, jerk salmon quesadillas, blackened salmon sandwich with those awesome cilantro parmesan-garlic fries, steak hoagie, and the current running special which includes blackened salmon, curry cauliflower rice with kale, and Naan bread on the side. I may not be using the exact names on the menu, but I can honestly say that each dish was great and left me wanting for more! We're not a vegan, but you couldn't tell the way we enjoy their food! We look forward to our next visit!
Absolutely love this restaurant! The food is always good when I come and the service is great as well. The vibes are on point and it's just a cute spot to go on a date or even by yourself!

They never disappoint! The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. I would eat there more often but I don’t live in the area.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower bites are superb! Portabello Mushroom melt can’t do without, superb and large entre salads, full of colorful veggies!

What the "sauce" is on that Trendy Mess burger??? Yum. Yum. I pass this restaurant almost everyday and always say that I am going to try their food. After a day of shopping, I placed my order online today and picked it up 15 minutes later, myself comfortable at home and opened the box. I immediately ate it with my eyes first. Melted vegan cheese and buttery top bun. Presentation is everything. It was truly delicious. I cook Impossible burgers often but mine do not taste like that. The sauce is what makes it so delectable. My bottom bun was a little hard but not enough to deter me from eating it . The fries were just okay for me. Nothing special just seasoned fries. I will try them again maybe the mushroom patty melt next time. Try it for yourself and thank me later.

I ordered the turkey and brown sandwich with garlic fries and it was AMAZING!! My daughter ordered the jerk salmon taco and I had a piece of it and it was GOOD and I don’t even eat salmon!! The vegan cakes are delicious! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you for the delicious food!!!

I came to Trend Urban Cafe on my lunch break to just grab some food and get back to work. Two other customers were in front of me in line, they were greeted and order was taken. When they were finished I hesitated for a second before approaching the cashier because the lady behind the counter did not say anything to me so I assumed she was busy. I proceeded to her to place my order once I noticed she was just looking at me. We stared at each other for about a minute and a half before I asked if she was ready for my order. She just looked at me like I was slow lol According to my receipt the server was Jada S. I don’t know her from a can of paint and she does not know me. Very unwarranted rude encounter. After placing my order I waited. Customers came in after me. She greeted them and asked if they needed a minute to look over the menu before ordering. Not too long later my food was ready so she called me up for my food. I said thank you, she said nothing and I left. Food was good but the customer service was very unpleasant.

The food was good once we got the attention of the servers and figured out how the ordering process worked. The biggest problem we experienced was the atrocious behavior of the staff. One heavy woman and a light skinned woman, both young. There was no “manager” and the big dude behind the bar smiled the entire time and said not a word. Absolutely unprofessional and (sad to say) very GHETTO. Would never return there or recommend it to any of our friends or family. Just thinking about our experience is anxiety-inducing. You’ll be fine if you don’t ask questions or disagree with the two ladies. In addition to the way they treated us, they were having a personal conversation the entire time and we could hear their use of expletives the entire time because they were LOUD. I would give zero stars but one for effort. Never again!!!!#1sttraumaticrestaurantexperience.
I am so glad my Sister brought me here. I had the turkey bacon avocado salad with teriyaki ginger dressing and a side of portobello fries. It was delicious. My sisters favorite is the trendy mess and apple pie. So good and vegan. I definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable.
