The Gm of this store needs to come to this store. The grill cook is unproductive ,unprofessional ,I wasit 10 mins while sge was on the phone. It took ny food 19min.

I gave the food 4⭐️ because the price went up! I was so surprised when I paid more than $5 for my usual selection. I haven’t been to Waffle House in maybe 2 years. But this is my favorite Waffle House in the area. They are very nice and friendly. They are always playing music and I’ve never experienced an altercation whenever I go to this location.

My wife and I decided to grab a quick bite today, and decided to stop at a Waffle House location on Hwy 78, near Stone Mountain. What a great choice! We were immediately and sincerely greeted upon entering, then treated to great service by our server. The food was served very warm, and tasted great. While dining, we were approached by four different individuals, including the cook, to ensure our food was to our liking, and that we did not need anything else. The inside appeared to be recently renovated, was very well maintained. On our way out, we also noticed they had a health inspection score of 100! Waffle House Corporate please take note...I wish all of your locations were as nice as this location. To the store managers and employees...keep up the great work at store 2126!

Worst Waffle experience ever, poor leadership, a lot of staff, but not working as a team. Waited for 20 minutes on 2 waffles, no one check on me,, I finally ask if I could get a refund and the manager couldn't do that, so I ended up asking if I could have the waffle sitting on the waffle maker so I can end the experience.

Stole money from us and also let our food sit in a bag right in front of us for a long time. It was mainly the grey haired woman. I understand waffle house isn't the place you go for great service, I get that I don't mind whatever sketchy things happen I'm from Atlanta lol, but stealing and direct disrespect is too far. 1. I heard them talk about how they overcharged us accidentally, like $3 over the real price, but when my dad went to get the bag he told me he said "ok so that's all?" And she smiled and yes yea you're good. Didn't refund us. 2. Our to go food was sitting behind the counter 3 ft away from them and we asked "can... We like... Get our food..? " and they just said "I will" and continued talking to a guy ignoring us. Had to stand and stare at our food until they finally felt like walking 2 ft and handing it over. Just spaced out, I would have gotten over it if it wasn't for stealing from my dad. That's not nice.
