I would not order food from there first and last time… everything was burnt except the grits hash-browns and salmon croquettes the drink I got peach punch I dumped it no safety label so anybody can just drink it and deliver to you the food was disappointed even the grits no butter no salt no pepper like the entire meal no seasoning I’m confused like the ppl that eating here got to be from out of town and that’s how they getting business.

This lady looked me in my face and served me raw dough for breakfast. Lol. It's not even worth calling and complaining about or going back up there to get a new one. Because it never should have been served like this in the first place. They knew dangwell when they wrapped this sandwich up and served it to me that the biscuit was completely undercooked. It's so white you can dang near still see the flour in it. I know they are busy trying to get multiple orders out the door but serving people this and having the nerve to charge them for is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to go home and recook my food that I already paid for. Then charging over $10 for 1 chicken tender and an undercooked biscuit is CRAZY!!

First off the food is horrible undercooked and not seasoned well I also didn’t receive all my food when I called the restaurant I was asking the lady about my order and I guess she put the phone down so I hung up and called back and all of a sudden their phone don’t work so everybody there is completely unprofessional if I could give negative stars I would…… I’m pregnant and really thought this would be a good place to eat but absolutely not

Thanksgiving would’ve been bad enough for my 91 year old mother-in-law. She lives alone, doesn’t drive, and it wasn’t possible to be together this year. I ordered from The Coop because they could deliver on Thanksgiving, and the food looked great! My sweet mother-in-law got so excited that she got dressed up as if she was having a true Thanksgiving. She had something to look forward to.The delivery was scheduled between 4:00-4:30. Then the email came telling me that the order had been canceled because they were “unable to fulfill this order” but gave no further information.If you can’t fulfill an order, don’t accept it to begin with. If you take an order, then do it. By the time we received the email that the order wasn’t being delivered it was too late to find a replacement. My mother-in-law was extremely disappointed. Refunding my money doesn’t do her any good. Making an elderly shut-in’s Thanksgiving day by following through with your promise is all that I wanted. You have no idea what that one order meant to the person who was getting it. Shame on you.

18$ for six dollar of food. The interior is dank and dirty. Kids running around in the kitchen coughing, smells like cigarettes. 35 minute wait for food that's sitting in a warmer. I can't say what the food tastes like because I'm not eating it. My dog liked it , but he actually eats poop so I don't trust his opinion. Just go to waffle house. You can get way more food for half the price and time.

I called this morning to order breakfast and the woman who answered said breakfast was over at 11 am when I arrived I heard her tell another customer it’s over at 11:30. When I asked her about what I was told a different time she told me she doesn’t know who I spoke to but she was the only female working. The customer service was so bad I left and will never come back. Such a shame because I usually love the food but todays service was bad enough for me to never return. Owners, beware of the employees you hire! They can cost you thousands if not millions over time

THE NASTIEST FOOD EVER! It literally took 20 minutes after i finished eating and i had diarrhea. I don't know if that was beef sausage or POOP on my tray. I couldn't even eat it. The pancakes tasted like they had lemon juice and salt. The eggs had zero seasoning. The biscuit was literally CRUNCHY! We paid over $70 for this food from Uber Eats. GO TO IHOP!

The food os mediocre at best and the staff is terrible. Talking about attitude ?. They get behind on orders and get an attitude with the customer because they inquire about the food.
