The owner Charlie is always there working alongside the staff, guiding them to give great customer service. The food comes out quickly and the burgers are always juicy and fresh. This was the second time across about 3-4vmonths that I have ordered curbside and nobody would bring my order out to me. I had to go in and get it this time, as well as the previous time. I told the manager. He asked a nearby worker if they heard the 'alarm system' go off for them to bring it out. They told him they were busy with customers at the counter. The restaurant was not very busy at all inside. There was 1 customer in line to order, a second that had just ordered, and 2 workers up front with one register open. The drive thru line had about 4-5 vehicles in it, with a steady stream keeping it at that volume. All of this to say that "busy" is not what they were in the least. The manager's solution was 'Sorry, we'll try to get it out to you next time.' If you're too busy to fulfill curbside, DON'T OFFER CURBSIDE. I expect people to do what they say they will. Nothing more, nothing less. AND, in the event that something happens which restricts services after I've confirmed and paid for them, then communicate that to me. Don't leave me sitting in my car for 10-15 minutes, AFTER I've confirmed I've arrived, wasting my time, and simultaneously allowing my food to sit and get cold. We'll see, whenever I may be back, if anything changes.Dietary restrictions: They have GF buns available that come in individually sealed plastic packages. Don't leave them in the package too long or they'll get soggy as they heat them up and then the condensation will collect and soak the bun inside. Take them out asap after you get your order.
I used to go there a lot. But the service is so bad now they mess up your order and when you call the manager to let them know he acts like he doesn’t understand what you’re saying, and totally dismisses the whole situation. I tried to explain to him that they got my order wrong and they gave me the wrong burger. I didn’t want my money back or anything. I just wanted to let him know what was going on and he had an attitude like I had did something to him.

They have a great menu. But best of all they take great pride in service. I don't know if they have a class on service but it is spot on. Never have I ever had an encounter with anything but polite people. That's hard to to find nowadays. Thank you.
