This is the second time we’ve come around 8-8:30 pm. First time they told us they were out of donuts and then tonight we were told they only had 4 donuts left.

The only reason I'm giving a review is one person: CammyCammy is very attentive polite and professional. She was very kind to adhere to my dietary restrictions. She deserves a promotion and raise, please. Her smile and attitude is warm and he diligence seems effortless. She will improve your franchise. Give her a chance!

I can get Dunkin’ Donuts anywhere. I just just like the coffee and the food.
Brian was extremely helpful and nice. I pulled over to write this review because I was so impressed by his kindness and warmth and professionalism. We had a bad experience at an another Dunkin and even though they are not affiliated with each other Brian decided to make sure we were happy and fixed the coffees. He’s truly professional and you can tell he cares about the business and how the customers experience reflects on the brand as a whole. Thank you Brian. Hopefully he gets the recognition he deserves for how he carries himself and how he represents Dunkin.

Hot cappuccinos came out ROOM temperature. Phone number doesn’t work. Upon returning, no one apologized….which I guess is why they make their hot drinks without a care. So unfortunate. Won’t be going to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again as this isn't the first time and the manager is not customer service oriented at all. Go to the other Dunkin in Sugar Hill off 20! It’s night and day!
We pre-ordered French Curlers and Breakfast and Halloween donuts. Sadly they ran out of the scarey donuts but they replaced them with other ones. The food was good and everyone was happy.
coffee is always watery, with a bad taste.The owner was very defensive when you made a complaint. poor customer service

The indian manager here is an absolute terrible person. Refused to serve me with no explanation and kept threatening me that he'd call the police on me while telling me I should also call the police simply because I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee. He was so eager to get the police involved for some reason..? All this over a cup of coffee? This was such a terrible experience for me because I loved coming here every morning to get my coffee, unfortunately I will be reluctant to ever come here again if that manager is there. Called corporate and reported him to the higher ups and they were absolutely shocked at his behavior and unprofessionalism. It's sad that he's representing the DD's franchises so poorly.

Its 6-15 AM. Im at DD with the rudest staff. They don't greet their customers, then speak loudly amongst themselves. This has been the case on every visit.They'll watch you stand at the counter then finally get to you. This is my last visit. DO BETTER!!
