We frequently order online from Jersey Mikes, but this was our first time for this location. We needed to pick up on our way to a game, but we were waiting 25 minutes past our pickup time for our order. The staff was completely overwhelmed on a busy Saturday, and several customers left without being served. We will not be back to this location because of staffing issues. This happened in November 2023.
Placed an online ordering for pickup. Arrived 5 minutes after the app said the order would be ready. The employee behind the counter asked if we knew what we wanted and I told her that we placed an order online. She seemed confused and surprised. She pulled the ticket and started making our sandwich. She kept asking if we wanted ingredients on the sandwiches and I told her it’s was on the ticket the way we wanted it.
