For months the website hasn't been working. When you click "add to cart" it doesn't do it so you can't place an order. And when you call to place an order and they're busy, they don't answer, you're left on hold purposely and you don't even know it until you get tired of waiting and hang up. You have to place an order in person during busy times (weekends). That has happened more than once to us.
The pizza is great, but the servers can be very lazy, and sometimes they are just starting the pizza when I place it at a certain time for it to be picked up. If the website allows me to have it picked up at the time I selected, then I would assume it to be out of the oven and not just being preped.
