I'm not really a fan of taco bell but my co-workers like it and it's normally a once a week stop for us. The customer service is always amazing and they don't mind customizing things any way we ask for it. Food is always fresh and right. You don't have to check before you leave like you do at other places.Vegetarian options: My boss is vegetarian. He is always able to order a couple of things straight off the menu or customize others so that he has things he is able to eat.
Usually, it's a good place to go, but I've noticed that when I place an order, I almost always get the wrong thing, but I'm still being charged for what I asked for. I get the first and second and even third time because sometimes you just have a bad day, but when it's wrong, a third and fourth time is different. That's a pattern. Everything was pretty well. It did suck that they were out of beef.. However my main focus was my Baja blast fountain drink. The cashier for drive-thru, Brandy P. Went & switched it out just so I could get a fresh cup of it. She was super kind & overall made our visit enjoyable.Way to go Brandy, you rock.
