What a pleasure ; went in for the new steak burger, service was so good and place was so clean function so proper and thoroughly enjoyed my meal with other customers too also enjoy theirs.I will go back there

Arby's has the best french fries ever.But what call mi attention today was Brandon Hall, not sure if that's the right name, but just check the person that was on duty today around 1:30pmThis person was triple tasking and smiling and delivering a great service while going outside and taking order from the drive thru and serving me at the same time and doing a great service while being nice.People speak so much about other places that sell chicken, but this guy was much better. My pleasure to come and have lunch at this location, definitely will be back.Give this person a raise please he was alone doing the job of 4 people.

I assume he’s the manager. Mr. Brandin Hall. I stop here for my occasional chocolate shake and maybe some krinkly fríes. Mr. Hall provides impeccable service. Every. Single. Time. Truly a class act. I would go out of my way to go to a business he was managing. Better yet, I would go out of my way to patronize a business he owned. Exemplary customer service. A role model of how to do it.

First off I love the older style, I miss that nostalgic feel and it’s super clean and in good shape. But that’s not all, the amazing service and kind workers at the counter and i’m the back along with the super fast time and great food has me hooked. Love this place, never change.

I did not feel like cooking today and as I was driving passed, Arby's; I saw a picture of a Roast Beef Sandwich that looked quite scrumptious. The Arby's in Johns Creek has always been very clean and serves, freshly cooked food. I do not frequent fast food restaurants often but I could not resist the the thought of enjoying an Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich. The Manager, Randy is outstanding and gives excellent customer service. He makes sure that the restaurant runs smoothly and that patrons are satisfied with their meal. The sandwich was very tasty and I am very pleased! Arby's is like Fast Food for Grown ups!

It did the job, and satisfied my craving for Arby's. Which I don't get often. I don't mess around there it's either an Arby's roast beef or cheddar melt and nothing else sandwich wise.

It's getting a three because the curly fries have not been fresh in a long time they're like heat lamp radiated in need of iodine treatment for radiation poisoning dried up crinkled and harder to rock so I would not recommend getting the fries with the meal because if you were there 2 hours ago it might be all right. That's 2 hours ago from whenever you are there.

Amazing fast service!!! Brandon was the guy at the window who helped me soooo much and brought me FRESH curly fries!!! I just recently moved so this is definitely gonna be my new favorite fast food place!!! Awesome customer service with delicious quick food!!! Thank you Arby's & Brandon for making my life easier and worth every calorie!
