I was a longtime customer. Recently, they've started overcharging by incorrectly weighing the meat. They speak very sweetly to keep you coming back, but I weighed today's goat meat at home and was charged for 2.04 lbs whereas it was only 1.70 lbs in reality. Go across the street to Suvidha Halal Meat instead!

We ordered the Karee fried chicken and It wasn't great. It was dry and had a weird taste of chaat masala. Most importantly the lady at the counter was rude and I think she should learn a thing or two about how to talk to customers. I'm sure this place will not stay open for long if they have such folks as the front face .

I honestly don't know how's this place still open. Don't they get inspected by food and health department? They sell expired stale meat, the weighing scale is way off (you pay for 2lbs and you get 1.5lbs) and lastly the lady who manages there store is rude to clients. I felt that and the other customer who was there felt the same. There is no coming back from these bad reviews, might as well close the place.

Audacity of this place despite multiple reviewing stating they cheat customers by weighing incorrectly. Wish I checked the reviews before my visit.I was charged for 2.4lbs goat meat but upon checking the weight after returning home it turned out to be only 2.04lbs. WTH!!

Please don't go to this place . I ordered 3 LBs of back goat leg and they charged for 3.02 and it’s not an issue .. some how I was suspicious when I picked up and weighted the meat at home the weight was was 2.4 LBs and ordered 5 pounds of Goat Chops they charged for 5.16 LBs and actual weight was 5 LBS. And the back leg mead is mostly bones . These people are really scammers. I really love the spice hut they weigh in front of you and process in front of you . Such a horrible experience at this place and never go again!!

We went into the store to buy meat. We didn’t ask to remove fat but we felt weight was wrong. We went to near by store and weighed it. And weight was different than what we were charged for. When we went back and asked the lady she said another number. When we asked to show the scale it was different. When we asked for justification they said they don’t have time. Lady was very rude and we never ever want to go back again. HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO CUSTOMERS?

Went back and asked the lady to weigh again she told me it is 3.8lb ! Then she asked me the bill which had 3.28lb and she told me after removing fat it is 2.91They don’t show the scale in front of customer. I asked the justification for 3 numbers and she said she don’t have time to explain. Very rude.

I went there to get chicken/goat couple of times, and every time the service has been so bad. The lady at the counter is always grumpy and rude. Not sure why she is so bitter every time. Her behavior towards tends to give the vibe that she is doing a big favor to all. Don’t go.

Unfortunately the lady there has no manners.I placed an order and couldn't collect my goat leg as originally expected the day I placed the order. She calls me and slams me for not showing up. Can't you call and check if the customer wants to still proceed with the order? Can't you call and say I need to sellThis unfortunately as someone else needs this right away - can you place another order? Or if this severely impacts business, ask for a payment when people place an order over the phone. I would have gladly done that instead. What is the need to call and slam a customer and then hang up on her? After an 11 hour shift I couldn't make it & I get bitch slapped about it. I wish the indian establishments teach their staff basic customer service. It was purely unnecessary to bash me out for this reason. I will for this reason not be going back.
