This is my experience as a first time customer. We walk in and start looking at the menu as a gentleman comes up to stand behind the register. He stares blankly at us without saying absolutely anything . I say hey, then he says what’s up. I told him we are first time guest, and Asked what was the most popular item that is ordered. He then tells me” well you’re the customer, you’ll tell me what you want”. My spouse is taking time in figuring out what to order and I told him sorry can you give us a few minutes. He stays behind the register without moving, just staring at us. This was very uncomfortable and super unprofessional. We made a change to the type of bread we wanted about a minute later, and he gave us a face. I can’t believe this type of customer service. As a first time guest, I will never ever return here, nor recommend this place based on this. The food was OK. Even though my sandwich came with the ham falling out of it completely.

I ordered through Uber Eats, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I got a lettuce egg and cheese sandwich. Disappointing so I took out the lettuce but the sandwich was okay, eggs were overcooked.

Fourth time coming here and the sandwiches are consistently some of the best we’ve ever had. It seems like they only ever use fresh ingredients. My favorite is the Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant with a caramel latte in the morning.

Great restaurant for lunch in Suwannee Town Center. The wait time is little to none most of the time, and they are very quick with getting food out to everyone. The food is consistently flavorful too. If you need a quick lunch, this is the place to go.
I have celiac disease and I’ve visited this place about 4 times and have not gotten sick so far. They’re pretty good but sometimes the sandwiches have waaaay too much egg and they could definitely use more sides with sandwiches

I ordered roast beef on marble.Half the sandwich had 1tiny piece of roast beef and the other had 2 tiny pieces.I won’t be going back there.
