The ice cream has changed its flavor. We the mint chocolate chip (it was mostly melted), butter pecan, white chocolate truffle, and pistachio. The ice cream definitely does not have a deep flavor like it used to in the past. The flavors were very light and mild. Disappointing needless to say.

We have been coming here for years and last few visits we noticed the quality has gone way down. I ordered a quart of 1/2 chocolate Oreo and graham. Neither ice cream had any flavor and hardly any pieces of Oreo or graham pieces. Will not be back.

Have been coming here for years but quality of ice cream has gotten awful. I ordered chocolate Oreo that barely tastes like chocolate ice cream with hardly any pieces of Oreo. Not sure why quality has gotten so bad but if I want ok ice cream I will save my money and buy ice cream at grocery store.

We came here after Labor day the last day of summer but since its so hot we had a hankering for an ice cream. Service was friendly so we left the young person a tip. Love the texture and the quality of the ice cream. A vast assortment of flavors for every pallet. The sugar cones are great and keep the ice cream from melting too quick.

Went to the one in Suwannee last night 6/25 with my daughter. I got done work and we ran over to get some ice cream since it said they were open til 11:00. It was 10:40 when we pulled up. Got to the window to the kids working “yelling we are closed and waving goodbye and yelling goodbye.” Maybe some customer service taught would be good!
