i wish i could leave negative stars, i just came thru at 9:20pm to grab an original chicken sandwic. she started off by answering me at the screen by saying "HELLOO?!" that is no greeting when you signed up to work here at this time. Also i sat and waited 5 mins at the window for my food which is not a problem at all, but to open my food and find out that my fries are cold and the chicken on my sandwich was cooked 3-4 hour prior. So your rude ash and my food was OLD?! honestly i don't understand. i had a craving and spent my hard earned money to eat and this is what i get bc the worker lady hates her job. honestly who runs this joint?! i'd tear it down and build something that will actually make money bc i know this is a one stop shop you don't come back this place is so consistently horrible. if worked at a burger king before late night and early mornings it's not that hard to make DECENT FOOD. my chicken had shrunken it was so old. like wtf

This location is NEVER open on time. 6:30am. Doors locked, lights off, drive thru NOT open. Had to leave and go to McDonald's across the street ?

This store is very poorly ran . The only time it has ever ran well is when they had there acting gm there named brittany. There DL doesn't do his job and he more worried about going out of town and chasing woman than doing what he is supposed to be doing. Robbys boss Jess is a racist and disrespectful towards employees. There employees steal and r very disrespectful towards customers . There bathrooms are nasty and food comes out cold or not done and I've had food poisoning before because of under cooked chicken there . There employees are untrained . I hope they shut this store down

RAW and FROZEN food how is this with the safety food guidelines.... this is what my baby of 4 years took a bit of if your a mom you could just imagine how I'm right now this is not expectable and again they should really close this place down. How is this place even open. Not proper food handling Please look into closing this place down AS SOON A POSSIBLE ... should not be serving any person food.

Wasn’t even picking up for myself but I seen how great the service was. People love to give fast food establishments low ratings like it’s supposed to be perfect. It’s not fine dining but the tall man running the register deserves his praise. Great customer service

Clearly they can't walk & chew gum here. They needed to take 1 order at a time, meaning no other orders can be taken until the last person receives their food.

As I state in all my reviews for any chain restaurants, the max stars I give are a four. This rating is based on "Fast Food". Not like a Longhorn or Chili's, etc. Food was cooked on order. Burgers were tasty and pleasing the eye. My wife and I substituted the fries for the onion rings. The "Zesty" onion ring sauce can't be beat. We were surprised that with the coupon the rings and drinks were Large size. For $5.99 plus tax for the price for two people to eat lunch cannot be beat. Highly recommend this location based upon the above. Enjoy!

Don’t know how to handle customers. Food was not ready. Told me to park near front door. A car parked too close to the only other curbside pickup. They knew which car I was parked in and told me they could only bring the food to me if I parked in curbside. He literally walked to my car just to tell me I had to move because that’s where curbside supposed to park.If you knew the car I was in, you could have also brought me the food. If they want to be Petty, drive through supposed to be drive through and not curbside. Just nonsense.
