Cashier got the wrong order which might be ok. We were willing to take it with a little side of bread (to the wrong salad). She discussed with us, that she had to charge us extra for the bread, even tho it was her mistake. Due to this reaction we returned it & wanted the original order, which they seemed to have trouble with remembering their own dishes (croissant with mozzarella, tomatoes & arugula ). They needed 2 attempts and returns in order to get it right, but the taste at the end was a really poor experience. No apologies, no understanding and they gave us the feeling we were in the wrong. Best thing at the end? The „right“ food was cheaper which they didn’t mention or even ask us, if we want the money particularly refunded. Very disappointed since we are not first time customers and probably won’t come again…

Was just in today- had amazing service from the girl working the counter. I frequently go to this cafe and always have great service and food / coffee. I was so disheartened by the way I saw another patron treating the staff. Locals of Suwanee love and support this cafe and I hate to see others come and mistreat the staff. If you aren’t going to be kind please just go to a drive thru. The girl working the counter today needs some props for how she handled being mistreated by a customer. You are a rockstar! Reminder to spread positivity especially to our service workers.

This place is a hidden gem in every sense of the word. The walkway isn’t clear and the signage is lost among the other stores, and the inside is small. But man, the coffee is so flavorful and the sandwiches are so good. Played it safe with a Chicken Club and despite its bland appearance it was probably the best I’ve had. The chicken was well seasoned and moist and the other ingredients were fresh. The vibes and atmosphere transport you to a European coffee shop

My coffee was delicious and my friend enjoyed her food, but the barista was extremely condescending and dismissive. He might've just been young, but I gave him a compliment marveling at the preparation of the coffee and he replied, "How else did you think it was made?" An absolute jerk the way he scoffed at me.Everyone else in the coffee shop was delivered food to their table, but my friend was asked to visit the counter to get hers.The atmosphere was not warm or welcoming for "us." Great coffee though!

Alcoholic waiter. Said we couldn’t sit on our laps on the chairs even though I weigh 120 pounds my and friend is 90 pounds. Very disgusting behavior.
You got the best, real tasting coffee ever. I will drive to either Duluth or Suwannee for your coffee. I want to taste the actual coffee if I’m getting something flavored. Don’t care what anyone says, I’ll keep investing you! Neva change!

took 12 minutes for two coffees to come out and it wasn’t even busy!! i asked them if they can make me another drink bc it did not taste good AT ALL and was told they couldn’t bc i already drank out of it …… where is the customer service in that? if you want people to come back then make a better tasting drink for the customer. doesn’t take much but good service for a customer to come back.

Love the London Fog is was perfect! And bf like the Chica Bonita. The area is very nice & would recommend study/ chat here.**Please fix the hand soap in the bathroom or just get a normal store hand soap. I told the staff and they said to push up but barely anything came out.
