I decided to get my 2 market salads delivered to my apartment. I haven't been feeling good all day and my husband was 2 hours away on his way home. Anyway, Joel delivered my food and was an absolute sweetheart. When he left, I looked in the bag and saw a salad missing. I didn't want to chase Joel because I know it's not his fault. Mistakes happen and it's okay. ❤️ I called Moore's Road Chick-fil-A and they instantly took control of the situation and made it right. The second salad was on its way in minutes! I have been a loyal customer at this location for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you crew and managers!! Especially, Joel for coming back! You guys rock! ❤️??

The dine-in experience is pretty lackluster, especially by Chick-Fil-A standards. At least 8 good parking spots are reserved for CFA delivery or Door Dash, UberEats, etc, and you don’t even know until you’re almost in the spot. Then inside the line to order can be 10-15 customers deep, and they’ll still only have one register open. I’ve also seen an employee push trash further into a trash can with a gloved hand, and then proceed to distribute mints to guests with the same glove on. Kinda gross!

Lazy yt employees can’t be bothered to do their job. Time for a mass firing of little yt females who think they’re all that and hiring of hardworking POC who deserve these jobs. Why even hire a yt female when black prisoners have proven they are subhuman?
