The worst service I've received, very poor communication between the guy who attended to me, and a bad attitude from the moment I entered the establishment, and on top of that, they gave me the wrong pizza.

This is 2nd time horrible experience. They were picking up random orders and my pizza was not ready even after 1.5 hrs of waiting at that place. I had kids with me and they knew kids were hungry and still they didn’t care. I requested many times and only answer is we will be making it, I ordered at 7:06pm and they gave pizza in our hand at 9pm even when shop was not so full with orders. Extremely bad management. Don’t come to this place

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! They are TERRIBLE. Like what in the world is THIS?! Ordered a Buffalo Chicken ranch pizza and got this. Not even any cheese, just a ton of ranch on undercooked pizza with buffalo sauce thrown on. And im pretty sure the workers were high on meth or some hard drug because they were acting SUPER weird...

Trust every single 1 star review. I placed an order at 8:59 and took more than 2 hours to (after they had closed at 11 pm) to deliver my food. I called 2 times, the first time I was put on hold and nobody ever responded back, the second time I was put on hold then someone answered the phone and hung up immediately. I am completely disgusted with this whole entire experience that I don’t even want the food anymore. This place needs to be shut down, I’m surprised it is still open!

All the reviews are accurate. I ordered 2 2-topping pizzas regular everything and it tasted like the crust was stale. The pizza was thin like their trying to save money and it was dry.I came in after placing my order and it took 3 people to check me out since they needed a manager to do something. Guessing everyone wasnt trained or something. I do not recommend spending your money here if you want good pizza. The placed like dirty and they were sitting around on their phones when I got there.

On January 26th I placed my order online at 6:35pm and didn’t get my order until 8:15pm, totally unacceptable! I watched the employee making pizzas after picking up pizza pans and dropped bags of cheese from the floor and continued without washing his hands. Their online ordering app is a joke and never updated while I waited in the store for my order. Poor organization, communication, food quality, and food safety! I will not be back!

Big round of applause for Kevin last night. He was abandoned by all the other employees, and was the only person there to make 100+ orders and to deal with a lobby full of customers.Throughout my 40 minutes of waiting in the lobby, he kept his cool and was very polite to customers even when some were being pretty disrespectful.Give this man a raise and a paid day off. He deserves that at the least.

I'm writing this review based on tonight's order and service encountered. Kudos to employee Kevin who was the lone employee working tonight at this location.We ordered the pizza at 6:39 pm and was given the estimate time the order should be ready at 7:15 pm. Consider it is dinner hours so okay, we understood it was busier than usual.To our surprise there was only ONE, yes, one employee at the entire store making pizza and assisting customers. There were around 6-8 people waiting in line for pick up when we arrived. The employee Kevin, who definitely deserves a raise, was polite and apologetic to all customers. Since the Pizza Tracker crashed, Kevin was making the pizza in the order of customers who walking into the store. He was doing the best of what he could.After waiting 30 mins with no signs of our food to be made, we left the store (and left Kevin alone to do his job). When we returned 2 hours later, we finally got our pizza, still waited for another 30 minutes.It seems this location is always short-staffed, we understand it was difficult to find help. One would think at least the store manager/owner would've come to the store and help his employee. This is not a good customer experience at all, and we hope the Operation at Domino's corporate should assess this location for better performance and service.
