This is my favorite Dunkin ever. While the trend of over the past several years had been a general decline in customer service at most Dunkins, the owners and staff at this location are absolutely delightful. I come through for a mobile order 2-3 times a week and my order is always ready and perfectly made. But what sets this apart is the friendliness of the staff and the owners, in particular. It's the only Dunkin I have been to in years where I felt valued as a customer. They always greet me by name and ask how I am when I pull through for my coffee, which often makes a difference in my attitude after sitting in horrendous Atlanta morning rush traffic. It's the small things and the staff at this Dunkin nail it every time. I go 10 minutes out of my way on non-working days to patronize this location instead of the two I have to pass on my way to it because they are models for what good service looks like. I only gave 4 stars for food, because frankly I just think all Dunkin food is meh, But I will say that I have never gotten a burnt bagel, a stale donut, or a half frozen breakfast sandwich at this location, and I cannot say that for any others.Vegetarian options: It's Dunkin so much of the menu is meatless.Parking: More than enough parking availableWheelchair accessibility: ADA compliantDietary restrictions: They offer many diary free options for coffee.

The quality of the drinks at this location is interesting. During the morning hours, everything is flawless. However, during the afternoon, when the morning shift is over, it is not the same. For instance, they stop serving frozen coffee. All of a sudden the frozen drinks machine is either not working or it has been cleaned for the day even with more than 5 hours to close. I'm giving this location a 4 star rating because of the morning staff.
Got a BEC sandwich and the bagel was like rubber tough and hard to chew. They made me another one and same thing. Can’t make a simple breakfast sandwich

Placed a Mobile pickup order yesterday. Never got notification that my order is READY. Went to store this morning, and the owner said they don't have my order (it never came to them). I showed them order details on the app and mentioned that it was placed through your app and all details are in order details. Then came the shocker - The lady said, it is not their app. App is different and store is different [ Really - If I place an order through Dunkin App and go to a Dunkin store, it is not their app ]. I leaving 2 stars since she did honor the order but experience was not good.Sent feedback to DUNKIN app also. One thing is for sure. This was my first time for Mobile Order in Dunkin App but never again.

Trash attitude. Trash service. First they take 10 minutes to get me help without response. They put way too much milk in my latte so I was asking them to remake it..they argued with me for 5 whole minutes before dumping an additional espresso shot into the mix and then proceeded to act like they did me a favor. Really made me want to come back.
